Why were my breakfast potato wedges so hard. They were like kettle potato chips. It’s always something when I go here, either there’s no coffee, I’m being overcharged and have to wait around for a refund, or something like this morning. I should have just went to McDonald’s and spent half the price.

Honestly tired of getting old food. Haven’t been in months hoping things would improve but NOPE. Only 9 nuggets & 2 of them are regular, not spicy. I would’ve gladly waited for fresh nuggets if they didn’t have enough ready. Picture of them heating up in my air fryer because it’s too far to drive back AND they didn’t give me a receipt. Hate that this is the closest Wendy’s to me.

The young lady working mobile orders right inside the door after hours loves to pack orders but doesn’t like to actually give them to the delivery drivers in a timely manner. I came inside rung the doorbell, wasn’t attended to or anything. Rung it again in about 5-7 minutes and a Spanish guy bought the order over and it was just sitting there. Not to mention the music fueled with profanity that I guess it’s okay to listen to since there are no customers technically inside the lobby after hours. That young lady needs to choose a different job, she isn’t pleasant at all and if she has an attitude she should have applied for a different job. One of the worst repeat experiences I’ve had and this is the 2nd time I’ve been there today.

This place is so unorganized I am so upset. I had ordered a salad with crispy chicken and repeated my order twice and the lady at the speaker said and I quote OK yeah I got that just to get my order and it be wrong. It sounded like it was two completely different people taking my order as one person sounded confident in the other was still waiting on a response. On top of that the chicken is so dry and hard as you can see in the photos it seems like it’s been sitting for a while.

The level of customer service training needed at this location is unspeakable. Do not work in fast food if you cannot greet and listen to customers, check bag orders, and deliver a quality experience. It’s ridiculous. Smh

Terrible service pre and post renovations. Drive thru is the only option most days. Most recently, I ordered a Southwest Avocado salad which I order multiple times per week (it’s so good I put up with the long lines and service). Got home and noticed there was no bacon. Called several times, no answer. I went back today for a refund. They offered a replacement. I checked the salad before leaving just to see they added what looks like a tablespoon of avocado, which would be fine if that was the norm. Again, I order this salad multiple times/week. See pics for the normal salad vs what I got today after complaining (bonus points if you can even spot the avocado on today’s salad). I asked for more avocado and they gave me a small condiment container with a little more. They barely even gave me any cheese. Is this what happens when you tell them you didn’t get what you ordered AND PAID FOR??? This location is a joke.

I order $28 worth of food all the bread of my sandwiches was stale .. the chilli the beans wasn’t cooked all the way and they gave chilli juice.. not to mention the order was wrong and I could get refund.. if you like stale bread and throwing away money this is the nasty place to go .. nasty stale food I’m sending the Health Department there

Please don’t eat here the service is horrible, the staff is dry and unprofessional also no offense but they looked unkept and dirty, they get nothing right don’t add cheese to your fries or potato won’t get put on no crackers for Chili and they lay on the mayo ketchup so ur sandwich will be soggy, if your order on the app don’t expect your frosty at all it’s sad how Wendy’s went downhill , I will be contacting corporate and the food inspectors because yea someone is going to get sick eating here I know they aren’t up to code I prefer Wendy’s over McDonald’s but at this point ill go elsewhere, don’t go here your better off making a burger from home.

November 21, 2025 about 6pm… I ordered an unsweetened ice tea…after a few sips, it appeared someone added alcohol or something, it burned my stomach. Someone check cameras and do an safety and health inspection.
Something is extremely old about the employees during that shift. Thinking now, I should have took it to the police station.
