I had a falafel sandwich (pictured) and my relative ordered a gyro sandwich the first time we were here. I absolutely loved mine; the flavors were well balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and the presentation was pleasing. My relative enjoyed hers as well. Even without hummus, it was well balanced for her too. The employee who served us was calm, kind, and welcoming. It was pleasantly quiet inside. I’d recommend this for a solid Mediterranean spot! I have gone back over a dozen times and the quality is consistent.

The food was amazing, our highest complements to the chef. The service was above and beyond, Gabriel really took care of us. The atmosphere was exactly what we needed. You can’t go wrong ending the night with mint tea.
Highly recommend the chicken shawarma. We came to Pita Fresh after an event for our organization and could not have ended the night in a better way. There was not a bite of food that we weren’t amazed with. Reasonable pricing too!

This place is amazing! I will definitely be returning. Our server, Gabriel provided great service, was very attentive and funny. The food was so good too. I got the falafel entree and the Baba ghanoush (as a vegetarian) and they were so good. The falafel was sooo fresh and the best Ive ever had. The portions were also amazing so I will have delicious left overs and at such a reasonable cost. Be sure to get the mint tea and the baklava to put the cherry on top of your meal at the end.

The food tasted phenomenal! But my friend found a baby roach in his food. It was in his Salad. We informed the owner (I assume) and he apologized and offered another salad while saying it could have been an issue with quality control over the veggies he bought… Sure… Until there was ANOTHER BABY ROACH BAKED INTO HIS BREAD! We told the owner, AGAIN! And he was “shocked”, but this time offered nothing. Because now the fault was completely his and he did not know how to respond.
And it sucks because I really wanted to come back here. But BUGS IN YOUR KITCHEN is DISGUSTING! You should have at LEAST just given him his food for free or offered to make him another dish and given it to him.

I was excited to find a new Euro place but this one was kind of mediocre. The chicken Shawarma has good flavor to the meat but the whole Euro is very bland and missing the toppings. The fries and seasoning were good and the Knafeh looks beautiful, definitely an acquired taste.

The king combo plates has everything you could want. The chicken and beef kabobs are great and cook perfect. Falafel was some of the best I’ve had. Baba, ganoush and hummus were also very tasty. I like a combo plate that comes with tabouli and theirs is very nice here. The stuffed grape leaves are always a nice touch in a combo. The pita here are fresh made and absolutely amazing . The employees were pleasant and it was a good experience

I hate to write bad reviews. I usually support small business and since I love Middle Eastern food and I have always been a supporter of this establishment, I decided to order to deliver at our home.
However, their food and customer experience had let me down. I order through Uber Eats. Beef shawarma pizza, one fatoush Salad, Falafel and Kunafa. Im going to be honest. It has been the most insulting experience in my life.
Pizza was almost $22 and it had just few (10) pieces of meat. The pizza was between a small or medium size. Before you used to put lebnah in your pizzas. It Lacks of cheese. This time it was only marinara. It was kinda burnout in the bottom. It was cold and hard to eat. It was completely dry
The salad? $11. It was a bunch of lettuce, few tomatoes and cucumber. Not enough pomegranate sauce, peppers, sumac or pita chips.
Falafel? $11 It seems those are frozen. Those were hard, bland and even half of the original size. I felt I paid for 3 falafels and I got 6 halfs out of those three. Also, the tahini sauce that comes with it, was watery and half of the 2 oz container.
Everything seems so lack of quality and for having spent almost $60 on it, I don’t consider the experience is WORTH IT. I threw the food away. My friends were really excited to try your food since they were visiting and I decided to support you but you failed this time. I also called your restaurant asking to substitute tahini with garlic dip. The guy in the call told me that he will add just a little bit of it for free. We did not even got what he promised.
Your quality and food service has gone downhill and I do not think I will be supporting your business anymore. The only good thing, the Kunafa. It was delish, juicy and not super sweet.

I have been coming here since I was a student at DU over 4 years ago, and Pita Fresh has never disappointed! Their food always hits the spot and the service is great as well. I love that they have been able to expand their restaurant to accommodate more people. Our server Gabriel was so friendly and fun to talk to, and made our dining experience even more worth while. Whenever I’m in the area, Pita Fresh is definitely on the list for food spots!

Great customer experience and food. Pricing is reasonable. Shout out to Tyler and the owner Ali for their hospitality! FYI there is another location on 16th street mall for those who may be closer to there. I go to whichever is most convenient for me. Only complaint I have is sometimes the music in the background is distracting.
