Reviews
Two cars in the drive through and only me in dining room and I still have wait 15 to 20 minutes.
How many mornings I ordered a steak bagel just to get some burnt bacon on a bagel.
This was my quarter pounder today.
I paid 10$ for this
And I sure did not ask for a like of pickles in the middle of my sandwich..
I will be going to hall road and mound now that they are open
1) First, I waited about 30-35 minutes in the drive through to be presented the wrong order. I wanted a number 7 and only got a cheeseburger. I even corrected the guy before taking my payment and it was still wrong. After telling the drive through lady, I got a very rude response. I was told I would need to go back around, which is baffling because they messed it up. I’d really recommend to the manager to talk to their team about customer service.
2) After negotiating at the window, they said I would have to pay for the rest of my food, which was fine I just wanted my meal. But the quality between the two burgers is astounding. One burger has a lump of diced onion just plopped right on top, while the other has a couple sliced onions. The buns were also different as well. The diced onion was uneditable from all the onions they put on. I’d recommend to the manager to take a look at what is going on in the kitchen, I uploaded some pictures for you to look.
3) Finally and the most disappointing/frustrating thing was they totally butchered my toddlers order. I ordered a 4 piece nugget meal with ranch and apples, and got 4 nuggets, no apples and no ranch. My son likes the nuggets with ranch and likes apples, not trying feed him a bunch of fries, so he basically ate nothing. If you have a child you can understand my frustration.
All in all it was a horrible experience. I had to go and get food from Wendy’s. If you are a customer wondering if you should come here or not, I’d honestly save myself the headache and go somewhere else.
To be the closest McDonald’s to the hospital and put out this type of is honestly just a terrible decision by the owners and managers of this location. I’m confident that this location is more than busy enough to ignore these requests and reviews however to serve this quality of cold, not fresh, left over chicken pieces is so disappointing.
A 10 piece nugget, 2 mcchickens, fries, and 2 pops, when there is a line of cars…. all of this food should have been hot and fresh not made for lunch when the order was made at 3:30pm.
I’ve called and left a voicemail and will be following up with the receipt review, and am going to call again until there is an acceptable solution for this lack of quality provided.
Service wasn’t great, staff was not happy or smiling… simply need to do better.
Wife picked up or order while I await surgery and this is just a let down. I am definitely not loving it.
The large coke as always was refreshing and hit the spot. The French fries were hot, fresh, and delicious. However, the cheeseburgers were horrible. The bun was stale, hard, and cold. Along with both patties they were room temperature at best. I ordered them without pickle and mustard with extra onion and ketchup. So I know it hadn’t been sitting under heat lamps as it had to made fresh. If that is fresh I am appalled. Atmosphere gave a 3 star because it was a drive-thru order. I wouldn’t even give them to my dog.
I doubt McDonald’s will ever be the McDonald’s resturaunt I grew up to and used to go to as a kid on rare occasions. Where the patties were cooked fresh on the grill and prepared upon receiving order.
Now it’s just nasty processed patties and, get them in, get their money, and get them out. What a shame. But as an American on the go, in a hurry. I know I will return again, sad but true. I have also realized less busy areas like upnorth McDonald’s do it right where the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Service is always kind and greeted with a smile. They live dogs and always give treats to my boy Koda.
