We placed a take out order, sesame chicken and a delux burger w fries . Together $23 , portion was large and it was good ! For the sesame chicken you get large pieces of chicken and the batter is thin so you definitely get your protein and the rices was not oily it was fluffy. Burger was great. The beef isn’t your typical texture or taste as you would get from fast food, it’s more of a steak beef and also to note cheese wasn’t included. Definitely will go back.

The people at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful! The dining room has been closed since covid, but the demand for the food is outstanding. When I arrived, the parking lot was full with people picking up there carryout orders. Very well prepared, with very generous portions. Are curry chicken was nice and spicy, and my Singapore noodles were absolutely delicious. We got a quart of each, enough for several meals. Since we have never ordered quartz like this before, I learned something… Pour it into a bigger container, and mix it up, because a large portion of the meat and seafood is at the top of the container.

Do not let the looks of this establishment fool you. The food is incredible. The inside looks like a restaurant but im unsure if they seat anyone. All the lights were off in the dining area and one section was full of boxes. The gentleman working the front desk / phones was very nice and helpful. I got the almond chicken dinner and was it packed with flavor! They also give you a huge portion of fried rice and chicken…enough to feed 2 people. I highly recommend checking out this spot if you are in the area…this might be my new go to Chinese spot.

Portions are huge. Take out only at Southgate and Taylor locations. Dusty, dirty inside with boxes piled up. Should really clean the place up to make it nicer. People are very friendly and the food is excellent. Not sure why they don’t offer dine in.

First time eating here. Great Great customer service. Food portions are tremendous, you won’t be disappointed. I stay in Eastpointe and it takes 20 minutes to get there. This will be the only place I get my chinese food from now on.

Broccoli Beef was all broccoli. Shrimp with lobster was a bowl of gravy with 5 over cooked tiny shrimp. They defended this mess. There’s a lot of competition out there. I can’t understand the good reviews.

I had a great experience at New Hong Kong in Taylor. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and the service was fast. The portions were huge and the food quality was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, hot and perfectly made. The hot and sour soup tasted truly house made and not like the bagged soup you get at a lot of places. Even though I’m about 25 minutes away, this is going to be my go to Chinese restaurant from now on. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

I love this spot so much. I don’t often get the chance to order from here since I live about 20 minutes away but anytime I’m near I make sure to stop. The portions are huge and easily a few meals worth especially in the combination plates. Our go to’s are the sesame chicken, chicken with pea pods and mushrooms, and the garlic chicken. The egg rolls are out of this world, I usually get extras just to have them. They are carryout only and sometimes get really busy, but in my experience the wait times are never longer than 25 minutes. If the phone line is busy keep trying!
