This Krispy Kreme was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help.
They offer a decent selection of donuts and beverages, with plenty of classic favorites and a few fun seasonal options. Everything we tried tasted fresh, and the quality was consistent with what I expect from Krispy Kreme.
While the variety isn’t the largest compared to some boutique shops, it’s still more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a sweet treat and reliable service.

I bought the Halloween dozen, and they were running a promotion where you could get an Original Glazed dozen for just around $3 more. I don’t remember the exact price, but I paid about $28 for two dozens at the time of my visit. The donuts were fresh and super cute for the season!

It’s my Birthday today so I decided to come to redeem the free 3 donuts with a purchase of a drink. I waited in line like everyone else. Noeone really greeted me nor even tried to help me but instead this lady assumed I cut in line..She was rude about it and I think in costumer service it’s wrong to assume and ask me that. I was already annoyed already cause why are you announcing it in the app to get free stuff and assumed I cut in line cause I didn’t get any dozen donuts like everyone else? Literally brought a drink just to redeem it. Bad costumer service. Do better Krispy Kreme!!!!! im giving you $$ for your company !

Nobody in the store, no line, no other online orders except for mine……only ordered 2 dozens of original glazed, ordered online only had 6.30 pickup, came 6.20, donuts not ready, 3 staff not busy, staff said … Your order is for 6:30… They made me wait and they didn’t do anything else…1 just pacing, 1 trying to fix carpet, 1 staring at tablet. Great customer service. Maybe they wanted me to stare at the donuts so I would buy more?!? Can’t believe a dozen of donuts are over $23

Went on 10/31/25 around 1130. The person behind the counter supposedly a manager rudely asked what we wanted. We didn’t know. She walked away. Someone else helped us. A few minutes later as I waited for someone indoor, she was equally rude to another customer. The customer printed it out and yhe manager stated, ” well I thought you said…” Asking to clarify your order is NOT the same as being rude to someone. Especially if that customer is with their child. She didnt even excuse herself or offer and apology. We will not return. Not worth the tense atmosphere.

The store itself was very clean and organized, and the donuts were delicious and neatly decorated! Got just what I was hoping for. But most importantly, I really feel the lady who helped me deserves recognition, I think her name was Karina. She was incredibly personable, patient, and sweet. Made my transaction a very pleasant experience!
