We had dinner at Wendy’s tonight, it wasn’t great and it wasn’t bad.

Starting with the good, the staff is very friendly and patient. Prices were decent for the meals we got, the $4 bag and $5 bag. The account if did you get for the price is a good deal.

The food was mediocre. The burger didn’t seem fresh, almost like it had been left over from lunch. The chicken nuggets left a lot to be desired, the meat was blend and the breading was like cardboard. On the plus side, the fries were good.

We may or may not be back…

The adult black lady taking orders and at drive thru needs to be replaced. Her attitude is horrible she rushes you when you order I witnessed her rolling her eyes while the man behind me ordered the food as she handed me my drink. Doesn’t speak after the order is placed you feel rushed when ordering and she just has a attitude clear she doesn’t like her job

Honestly if I could, I’d give no stars! This place used to be good, now it’s gone to the dumps! One weekend my partner and I took the kiddos to eat there we placed our order, payed for it then realized they didn’t put in my meal so I had to go back in line to order again. The manager made the casher pick up the slack to fill in the previous orders which took about an hour or more all while I was still waiting to give my order. When my partner and the kiddos meals were “ready” there were more items missing from the bag! It took the casher even longer to get it right. By the time I got my order in and waited for it to be ready, my partner and the kids already finished their food. They had to wait for me to eat before we left! I was stupid enough to order from Uber tonight to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just a bad day for the employees that weekend and they still get the order wrong! Uber only gave me $5 back for two combo meals that were missing items out of the three combos I ordered. I’m telling you guys, don’t order from this place! This is ridiculous.

Will never stop here again. Very bad attitude from staff. We walked in to order and no one acknowledged us. Employees just stood there looking at us. When we finally asked if we could order, we were told no and instructed to use the drive-through. This was at 11:40 a.m. Completely unacceptable.There was one customer eating in the restaurant.

Service with a smile is the farthest thing from here. I paid 23 dollars for 2 meals and when asking questions about the new menu items the cashier didn’t seem like she wanted to speak at all. And when I got the new menu items and opened them at home it looks horrible. It’s not like the picture on the menu and the service was bad they already gave me half my order and tried to rush me off then when I mentioned that I only got half they had a attitude with giving me the rest. Even when I got the other half of my order it was wrong, I asked for crispy on the chicken wrap and they gave me grilled. Safe to say I won’t be back.

Terrible sat in line for 40 minutes to get to the order box, 3 cars ahead of me to be told it is cash only in the drive though. The franchise owner should be embarrassed and ashamed. Don’t waste your time here and just go get a sit down dinner it will take the same amount of time and you won’t be treated like an inconvenience

Go somewhere else. Horrible cold burger. Not even the one we paid for. Cold fries and terrible taste from the drink too!

Sad just sat I a line no one was moving for last 20 min two cars in the line turn there cars off then we finally get up to window got pulled sat there for 15 and didn’t even get all of our food we order had to go inside and waited another 8 min to get that food. Just got home and I guess the baconator only has 2 tiny pieces of bacon now.

For some reason the food is coming out cold. Why would anyone want a cold dry burger. I come here each time it’s something wrong or the food is nasty and cold. Today is my last time at this location lol any other Wendy’s is good except this one
