For the first day of the NEW YEAR 2026 you decide to serve customers burnt stale chicken? I literally had to spit it out and look inside the burrito and pick out the chicken INDIVIDUALLY to see how it felt and they all were hard. This is embarrassing for you to do this. I stopped ordering from you guys over a year ago and don’t know why on earth I decided to give another chance. Never again, the fact is chipotle is no longer good. I am Ordering from authentic Mexican restaurants here on out! And save your pathetic generic responses.

I like to think that I’m a pretty laid back person, but geez, this place is a disaster. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism of the staff, who seemed super disinterested in dealing with customers. The line tonight got pretty long, and as I was waiting I was a bit grossed out by the staff member preparing food who had their long dreads dangling so close to the food. I was keeping an eye to see if A) A dreadlock would dip into my food while the staff member was leaning close to my burrito to roll it up and B) if hair would fall into my food. Just everything was a bit unsatisfactory, including no napkins, etc..

I know this location has a lot of positive reviews, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
The dining area was dirty, with tables that hadn’t been wiped down, which immediately set the tone. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially in a restaurant.
The food quality did not live up to the price point, and overall it felt overpriced for what was served. Customer service was also lacking and didn’t feel attentive.
I’m giving two stars because it clearly has fans and potential, but based on my visit, improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, and service.

I always have a great experience at Chipotle! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The ingredients taste clean, and I love being able to customize my bowl exactly how I want it. The staff is usually fast and friendly, even during busy times, and the line moves quicker than you’d expect. The restaurant is kept tidy, and I appreciate that they’re generous with portions. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late dinner, Chipotle never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I come here often but I can not stand to see employees go from making your food to using the same glove and touch the register back to serving food. For the owner, how is this sanitary and allowed? There should either be someone always stationed as a cashier or PLEASE train all staff members to change gloves or better yet take them off when collecting money and touching the computer. This is how people get sick! Thank you for finally fixing the water on your machine.

I’ve not been here before and it seemed like a good lunch option while we were waiting for one of our cars to be worked on down the street. I wasn’t sure how it worked, so I asked the employee at the front counter and he walked me through it, which was very helpful.
The prices were pretty good for burrito bowls and I liked that they had brown or white rice to choose from.
While my bowl was good, they could have had more vegetable options for me. And it was a bit salty for my taste, which I think were the black beans. If it weren’t for those two things, I would’ve given them 5 stars.

Ordered my food online, my husband went inside to pickup the order because it was in his name. My order wasn’t on the shelf for mobile orders so he asked the incompetent cashier who asked him for the name 5 times before saying “Oh we gave it to a dasher” and didn’t offer any assistance. I ended up going in and my order wasn’t remade. I opened my food to find that it was remade poorly and was not what I ordered to begin with. I went back in to speak with a manager who could care less (understatement) and didn’t offer a refund. Had to go online and email customer service to get a refund. I won’t be going back to this location.

The food at this Chipotle is perfectly cooked and I was impressed by the generous amount of food. The staff were also very friendly and fast. I hadn’t visited this location since last year but I will come back again soon. Thank you!

Smallest servings from this Chipotle recently. Clearly, the manager is keeping a close eye. My friend and I got burritos, and the rice and beans were barely added. I would have been alright with a small serving size of chicken, and it still would have made me a little mad, but the fact that they were doing small servings of rice and beans made me write the review. The food tasted good, so I give it a 2-star instead of 1. The staff was also not the best.

Food great as always. Dinning room CLOSED at 11:10 a.m., when I inquired “the dining room is closed sir”. I ordered to dine in, had I known it was closed, I would have gone someplace with an open dining room.
