If I could rate the food, I would, but we left before we were able to order. We attempted to order 4 blizzards in the drive through, but were unable to, due to the way employees were working.. or weren’t. We first pulled up, and immediately the speaker came on and was giving off a lot of feedback without anybody speaking. My daughter and I waited for a little bit hoping the sound would clear up or someone would speak. The speaker went silent for a bit then again it came on with the noises. Finally a voice came through asking us what we wanted to order. As I ordered 2 of the 4 blizzards I was interrupted and asked to just pull up to the window. I started rolling away and then two younger sounding men, started yelling,” wait no come back, please come back!” So I started to back up, since I hadn’t even gone a foot forward, and then they started laughing and shouting things. Needless to say, if they had that little respect for their jobs and their customers, I wouldn’t trust them to prepare my food. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Tropical Blizzard was amazing Toasted coconut, pineapple, Pecan, and banana so good. Hunger buster burger busted my hunger just perfectly. I don’t want DQ to disappear. These guys were busy and missing a staff member but they got the job done. Thank you Sam for being kind and working so hard. All staff here provided great service.

I would’ve typically gave this place a 5 star since I eat here for lunch at least 2-3 a month but today I was very disappointed I order a 4
Piece spicy chicken strip combo with ranch and a coke. I get to work and that’s not what I got instead I got a 4 piece steak fingers with gravy. I was back at work and couldn’t go back so I was stuck with eating it at least it was fresh! The receipt say spicy chicken strips and the person who took my order repeated it back correctly but still got the wrong food……HOW????

I would not recommend going to this Dairy Queen if you have other choices, I’ve never had a good experience every time I’ve went there but as close to my house, that’s why I continue to go there, but today was the worst of all to start with deleting the drive-through I had to repeat my order to her three or four times and she was rude. Then when I pulled up to pay, she was even ruder then after I paid, I was told to pull around to the double doors so I pulled around and continue to wait on my food for at least 30 minutes seeing other people going through the drive-through leaving with their food even another person put in a parking spot and got their food Before me, so I ended up going inside the building which I shouldn’t have to because that’s why I use the drive-through then when I went inside to find out where my order was first, it was waiting my burrito didn’t they said they were waiting on my Jalitos so I had to wait even longer for my food once I got my food the same lady was rude again to me with an attitude then once I get home and we eat our food my burritos burnt I can barely cut it as well as the Juliito’s were burnt so I don’t know that I’ll be back to this Dairy Queen because my experiences have not been the best and cheese bites. This is what they look like in the photo got cheated on that so I do not recommend this Dairy Queen to no one.

Ordered Taco Tuesday tacos and they were excellent. No skimping!
Also ordered the chili cheese fries. We were there about 3:00. A new cook arrived and he was cheerful. AND made fantastic chili cheese fries. DEFINITELY will go back many times. We had such great food that I ordered 2 tacos to go. MUST TRY THIS LOCATION., in Walmart parking lot

The gravy is literally the same consistency as water. That tells me that the management staff is trying to save money on the small things. If you want better food I would go somewhere else.

Worst DQ in the world. Service is terrible, order is NEVER correct the first time, and we just order ice cream. They are stingy with the hot chocolate, they don’t get the size of a sundae correct, then argue about it. They even tried to tell me that the tiny amount of hot chocolate they put on the ice cream, melted it from a medium to a small! How dumb do these kids think people are? We only continue to go there because they are the only DQ in the area that has soft serve chocolate ice cream. And it is great. After the aggravation of ordering and waiting for them to make it again, they finally, in the end, get it right. But there should not be such an issue EVERY TIME. I know these are just kids who don’t get paid well at all, but if you are going to do a job, you should do it to the best of your ability, this will be better for the worker in the long run. Don’t think young people get this. They get 3 stars because they have Paws TV, which we like to watch.

I went through the drive through and ordered a blizzard. Seemed fine until I took a bite and felt something scratching the roof of my mouth. Pulled out a large piece of sharp plastic from my mouth. Hoping that was the only piece there was and I didn’t swallow any smaller pieces.

Edit- Recently returned to this resturant to dine in during the weekday. They are short staffed, but it is a slow time of the day. The team members were friendly, took my order, and delivered food to my table very quick. The food was cooked well, and you could tell it was fresh made (not premade to go under heat for hours). Enjoyable quiet lunch spot to get in & out in under an hour. Will return again.
Previous 2 star review- Had a hard time ordering at drive thru. The order taker got multiple items wrong, didn’t confirm the order, and caused an issue at the window with exchanging items. Food tasted okay, employees were nice even with the confusion.

Never had issues with ordering from this DQ but I’ve never had this type of chicken. It’s clearly differently shaped, and when I bit into the peices the meat was brown. What chicken is brown on the inside? Very concerning only ate my fries.
