This location always has spoiled tea. I love McDonald’s iced tea, but either the bucket they put it in desperately needs cleaned out or they are not brewing tea often enough and are serving days old tea, or both. It’s disgusting, like it’s just sitting out fermenting for days before they give it to me. I wasted so much money getting tea here before learning I just shouldn’t because 99% of the time it’s spoiled. They are never staffed enough to handle how busy they are, if you need any assistance inside, be prepared to wait 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention because everyone is in the kitchen and at the window, not because they are lazy but because it’s slammed and like every other corp in America they are focused on understaffing to bring in profits. Fg and North Plains McDonald’s are the worst managed McDonald’s ever and they are the closest McDonald’s to my location.

Always disappointing, this location consistently serves barely warm fries in the drive-through and always forgets something in my order. At my most recent visit, they forgot the nuggets in my McDouble meal deal, and worst of all… THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN MY BURGER!!! This place is GROSS!

So I just recently ordered 2 cheeseburgers plain and dry, quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and 2 double cheeseburgers plain. Got 2 cheeseburgers and the quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. Where did the 2 double cheeseburgers go I wonder? Given that I got the fries and drinks, how did they lose my order in 2 minutes?
They had to ask me at the pick up window what I had ordered after I had already paid for it. Still didn’t get it right…

I visit this restaurant almost every morning. I can tell how the experience will go based on the voice that takes my order. They have a few really good people and some that seem not to care. One consistent problem is their hash browns. If I got 100, 99 were cold.

I frequently encounter issues at the end of my shift or on other days when I order something. Unfortunately, they seem to forget items from my order and refuse to provide me with a receipt. Although this has only happened about three times, it is consistently frustrating. I do not intend to be confrontational, but I paid an additional amount for the items that were not provided to me.

Drive thru for a snack. Nothing unusual abt the experience. Except my grtgrddtr wanted to talk to each worker at the drive up windows. Both girls were very accommodating n spoke with her.

Not sure why the service here is so terrible. Missing sandwiches and cold fries on the order tonight. I understand it gets busy in the evening, so there should be no reason why the fries are cold. Very basic thing to maintain. Seems like there are only teens running a job that should be ran by adults. They can’t handle the pressure nor do they care.

I come here just about daily never has a problem till now came in last night and my whole order was messed up i didn’t have the time to come back right away.And have it fixed because I picking my mother up from the airport.
You could not be late i called last night and was told that it would be corrected in the morning.If I came in but when I came in, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Why tell someone to come in and it would be corrected?Then, when I come in, be told that they can’t fix it. I come in everyday just about in order at least $80 to $120 in food and drinks and all ask is for the missing 3 items

9/10 times the order is messed up. Either the fries are unsalted drinks a different flavor (sometimes even flat as well) or the burger will have everything on it when asked for the ketchup only option.

The problem I have is with the drive-through at this location. It doesn’t seem to matter what you order they will put you in the reserve parking spot to wait. And they don’t seem to make sure that the reserve spot is even available before they ask, as they’ll stack up cars in the drive-through. Today somebody was already in the reserve when they asked me to move to the reserve parking spot and then the person behind me is honking at me because they already have their food but I have no where to go. (order anything custom and it was just one meal) I always order as it comes on the menu, never customizing, hoping that this doesn’t happen, but it still occurs. This has happened to me almost every time I visited this location. I haven’t been here for a long time because of this and then today it was terrible because they didn’t even have a reserve open for me to park in. This will be my last visit.
