Thought I would try their breakfast, but it tasted awful like chemicals? The coffee tasted like straight chemicals. The egg was rubbery, it was really weird. Nothing tasted like it should, also over charged by $10.
The order was wrong. that’s the last time I’ll have breakfast from Wendy’s! gross! waste of time and money.

They always miss something from our order and have horrible customer service. We went to pick up an online order and after notifying them about the missing food they said to go on the app to get a refund. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET A REFUND ON THE APP. Great job guys!

This was one of the worst restaurant visits I’ve ever made! The place was nasty and full of food all over the floor, tables and dried soda on the tables, the burgers were cold the cheese wasn’t melted, they literally got ketchup slop with some kind of brown and black stuff on the outside of my bun and the outside of my wrapper and it made a huge mess in the bag and reaching into the bag it got on my hands. Wendy’s originally advertised against McDonald’s with the “Where’s the beef” commercials and now they don’t have anything more than 1/16 lb tiny piece of cold nasty meatlike product on a cold nasty bun. I was there for 20 minutes during the lunch hour and My friend and I were the only people in this place, so a lot of people know what’s up and they were so slow,, there was no legitimate reason to not clean up all the mess in the place. Disgusting!!!

Had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches in drive-thru only to get home for them to be dry. Had to go back to get my order remade only to wait for another 25 minutes just to get another wrong order in between on top of the unprofessional staff telling me I should wait while they’re taking their time with their headphones and no hair nets and dirty restaurant. Health inspector should definitely visit!

Have had a issues here before, and never gave it a bad review. But this was my fish sandwich. I ordered it with no pickles and added cheese. As you can see, didn’t exactly get what I ordered.

The restaurant was recently renovated and should look attractive. However, the place can’t clean itself. There were food chunks in several places on the floor. The men’s room was nasty with two empty toilet paper rolls indicating the length of time since the last cleaning. There were at least six employees visible. Our burgers had to be sent back because they were cold – despite the “always fresh” sign near the order window. I will be back to Wendy’s, but not this one.

It sucked,no pride in their job,very rude even my grandchildren were asking how come they were acting so bad,will not be back will go where the employees dont act like there in chicago or gary.the way tthey treated me i can just imagine what it looked like inside i will be going to another wendys for now on,from what i read and delt with think the owners need to clean house some people in there that r worth anyonez time to go there!!!!

Order was wrong, ordered a cheeseburger and somehow never got a bun with that burger. Often doesn’t follow posted hours and items not available. Attempted to resolve the issue with my burger but they could never be bothered to reply.
