I came here this morning and had a girl refuse to remake my drink because she didn’t fill it to the top because I asked for light ice.. when I told her she said no because in order for it to be filled to the top for a DRINK I PAYED FOR it needed to have more ice! Absolutely not so I went to a different Starbucks and the baristas said they could remake it for me and DID that girl needs a lesson.

I like to order ahead when I want an Iced London Fog Latte. It’s made with freshly brewed hot Earl Grey tea, a personal favorite, and then cooled down and iced. Ordering ahead means it will be ready when I arrive, which is a time saver. The employees who assisted me was pleasant, and we swapped observations about how much well Starbucks makes their beverages. Order ahead if you’re curious about the Iced London Fog Latte, using the app is easy and straightforward.
