It’s pretty sad how McDonald’s is getting I mean why am I having to wait in the parking lot over 20 to 30 minutes. Then having to go in there and ask about my order and get told that they’re making just to be standing there waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to have them skip over my order. To have to wait over 30 minutes for a damn happy meal is crazy(mind you, there’s only 2 people in the whole restaurant!)! Lady told me they’re waiting on fries but thats a load of crap!!! I have mow tried 3 times to get an iced coffee from this location and each time I see a pending charge and order shows as ready, but when I get up here to pick up my order the (extremely unhelpful) drive through employees suggest I cancel the order and re do the order for the counter. Once they told me they didn’t make coffee past 5. Any time I order food the order is wrong but at least I get it. I’ve also seen employees literally yelling at each other using profanity with children in the dining room and the manager on duty did nothing to calm them down. There are better places to spend your money.

I hate to leave negative reviews. However, this is one of the worst McDonald’s that I think we’ve been to in a while in terms of service. We ordered on the app and double-checked everything. Nonetheless, our order came out wrong and three sandwiches were missing. There was a lot of just hanging out by the employees and everyone else finished their meal before our sandwiches were made. I am guessing they made 20ish drive through orders before starting on our missing sandwiches? Not a good image for such a classic brand.

10 min for 2 double cheeseburger and a large fry. With no one in front of me.
No acknowledgments no receipts whether in line for 15 minutes still no one came to the second window to give me my order that was paid for online for McDonald’s corporate ticket number KK44. Check your cameras if you need to. This is a little ridiculous. Overly salted food when no salt requested, and of course as usual the receipt machine doesn’t work or it’s out of paper.
And with staff standing in front of you on their phones makes it a little hard to tolerate
Bad service.
In order to avoid frustration, shop somewhere else
