I had a wonderful experience at this Taco Bell. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind. A special shout-out to Tamika and her coworkers, Josh and C—they were all so friendly, sweet, and welcoming. Their positive attitude made my visit even better. Highly recommend this location!

It’s sad that when you patronize a Taco Bell located in a predominantly So-Called Black neighborhood, this is the treatment that you get.

This needs to be brought to management and corporate attention because it was done on the mobile app and happened at the store that is probably franchised. I ordered a Veggie Build Your Own Cravings Box (1 Cheese Quesadilla, 1 Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, 1 Medium Brisk Mango Fiesta -ice) At 11:26 p.m. through the mobile app to be picked up and drive-thru. I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 11:35 p.m. and told them I ordered through the app and was instructed to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and was told to pull around because the order was not ready. Now, mind you, it is just a cheese quesadilla, a burrito, and a drink with no ice. How hard was that, and I had to wait for other cars?

This is where it goes all wrong; I pull around and wait for about another 15 minutes, and I take a picture of all these cars going through, driving, and leaving, and my order still has not come out, and I’m knocking on the door. So I walked around to the drive-thru. Before you know it, I started having a verbal altercation with the cook, who was a Black Man with long locs, telling me to go to drive through and order my food. The girl that takes the order and needs both tells him that I ordered through the app and I’ve been waiting for my food. He told me I had to go through the drive-thru again to get it. I said I had already been through the drive-thru and was told to go around and wait. He said it’s just two of them on the shift, and I’d have to wait, and he’ll bring it out when he can. I told him why I had to wait, that he could serve every car that came through here, and that I’d been waiting almost 30 minutes. This is unprofessional. This happens when you lack management, understaffing, and training in dealing with conflict resolution and customer service. Take notice Taco Bell because these cancer-causing elements destroy franchises/businesses.

Again, this needs to be looked into, and I would love to have my money refunded. It’s not much, but it’s the principal. And be honest, if food is not made with love, it’s food you should never eat. The energy that made it was highly negative.

When he bought the food out, I thanked him for it. He was respectful, and I departed, but I threw it away. But this one had to be put out into the universe for everyone. I wouldn’t be the Big Homie or Promoter if I didn’t speak out!

Ahh taco bell. I would’ve liked to have ranked these guys higher, but unfortunately it appeared that they were very understaffed and the staff besides one woman was very young and seemed that she might as well have been court ordered to work there or some terrible thing. The atmosphere hung heavy with neglect towards myself and another couple waiting and waiting and waiting quite a while for our food. To end on a positive note: the food was made well and prepared well and really they were understaffed.

The worst service on kingshighway and delmar and the worst experience as a whole. I stayed completely polite but this was just the worst. Never going there again. This is the second time at this location they just throw your food in the bag I asked for more then all attitude, frustration, disgust and yelling started I guess it was the manager who ran to the window “LOOK I GOTTA FRY MORE YOU GONE HAVE GET OUT OF THIS LINE AND COME IN AND GET IT”. I came through the drive through. I told the young lady that I needed to look at the menu. A guy jumped on the speaker and was like “I’m on a timer!” I told him that I still needed to look over the menu. His response was “I’m not about to argue with you!” Horrible customer service!
