The staff and the atmosphere were great! Louis was our waiter and he was attentive, welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and had really unique decor that made it a cool place to eat. However the biggest help was that the food was just ok. I mean very bland and just food. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. I specifically asked for sausage gravy and there was very little sausage and the gravy was bland. Besides that, no complaints.

Overall great food! Once we sat down, the service was solid. The food was phenomenal. So delicious and flavorful! Tons of different options for everyone!

I love that they offer lunch all day! All of these meals were packed with flavor and comfort!

The reason for 4 stars, we were told the wait was about 30 minutes. But it turned into well over an hour. Even after checking in once our time was done, I was told 5-10 more minutes. That turned into about 30 minutes. It’s always better to be honest. Plenty of people left while we were waiting. The restaurant was very short staffed, tables were not bussed from when we checked in to even after we left.

I will come again and hope for a better experience!

INCREDIBLE!!! we were in Tulsa for two nights so we ate breakfast Saturday and Sunday last weekend and we sat at the bar because it was so crowded but blaze took great care of us both mornings and it was incredible food.

The menu is dynamic. The service is incredible and the food is worth every penny you will spend. The portions are insane and sitting at the bar you get to watch everyone interact and I’m not gonna lie being in that restaurant industry. I’m quite picky, but the place was spotless.

Eclectic vibe inside, fantastic menu with breakfast cocktail options. The food and atmosphere are amazing, but the service was what made the entire trip. Our server, Monique, AKA Mo, felt like an old friend that we’ve known forever. The entire staff seems awesome, but Mo made our experience top notch. Highly recommend. We will be back soon! Thanks for a wonderful breakfast!

Have you ever heard about a place and thought “I’ll never go there, they’re WAY too busy!” Well, that’s what I’ve always thought about Bramble. I’ve been interested Bramble for years but would always hear that it’s impossible to be seated, especially during peak hours, so I’ve avoided it. Besides, Tulsa has a VARIETY of other breakfast restaurants with less wait time and are more price friendly. I held off for a while. By time I went, they weren’t even at their East Downtown location anymore. But, on Friday August 8th, I saw an opening.

After months of distance, I made plans with a friend to meet face-to-face for breakfast. She initially offered to meet at Wildflower but I to try my luck at Bramble (they’re only a block apart). I arrived around 10:20am to check out the table wait. It was packed but I was surprised at how much floor space there was. She came about 5-10mins later and voilà! We were seated in like 5mins after that. As we coasted toward our table, in the middle toward the back, I noticed how the modern fixtures & décor compliment the rustic building: large glass windows, light fixtures throughout and large art pieces to capture your thoughts. We were met with 2 servers, one brand new & a seasoned staff-lady who was showing him the ropes. It was great having 2 servers; it felt like we got twice the attention. The experienced waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu which was great because it was HUGE. Front & back, full of appealing options. Given the capacity of the restaurant, I expected the wait for the food to be super long so when the servers returned, I asked for the Breakfast Chimichanga (something I never had or heard of before). As we caught up, I began to appreciate the ambiance & efficiency of the restaurant. Besides a few waiting to pay, no one seemed angry or displeased. The food arrived quicker than I thought! For prime-time seating, it came in about 5-10mins. Having never eaten a chimichanga before, I was definitely surprised at what I ordered and had second thoughts. It was without a doubt good but I figured the meal would’ve been heartier considering the list of ingredients that were included. I felt the meal was more crisp bread (tortilla) than hashbrown, eggs, or chorizo. I am 100% taking the blame on the meal because I didn’t know what I want. My friend got some combination of eggs, meat, potatoes & a margarita, she loved it.

Somehow, Bramble has come to be known as one of the more bourgeois brunch restaurants in all of the land. Now that I’ve atleast ate there, I can say that it’s not as overwhelming as it’s been made out to be. Unfortunately I feel like the meal choice wasn’t up my alley but I do think that Bramble can be both enjoyable& fulfilling under the right circumstances. I’d be glad to return when/if the time is right.

To say that this is one of the best breakfast places I have visited is saying something. In my 42 years of being alive and eating at places, I have never had a place actually season their hashbrowns! The hashbrowns at this restaurant were so buttery and savory, and there was such an awesome flavor to them. They were amazing! The eggs were cooked on point, and the bacon, my goodness. I thought I was going to get the thin strips of bacon that you usually get, so I asked for extra just to make sure that I had enough. That wasn’t needed. These bacon strips were THICK and I ended up having to take the extra ones home with me. The bacon, while I’m on the subject, was amazing as well. They were seasoned to perfection, and had a little bit of rosemary on them. They tasted amazing! I highly recommend checking out this place for breakfast.

I just think this place is amazing. Their breakfast quinoa bowl is to die for and easy to make at home. Food is hot and mimosas are top notch. Service is amazing, staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Highly recommend if you can get a seat for brunch.

Whatever you do, order the cinnamon roll. It’s so good!

Kelsey was amazing and read our minds! She knew what we needed and wanted before we could even say it ourselves. Great service!

Will definitely be back!

My family and I visited this restaurant yesterday and our server Mo( Happy Birthday ) was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed her. Only hiccup was the original table we were sat at was absolutely too small for four people but they did allow us to move with a little hesitation. Thank you Mo for the great experience

Location is amazing, very hipster/ fancy. Extensive menu and options, full bar. Kelsey, out server was super bubbly, very informative and sweet. Again, I got my avocado toast. Loved the addition of cucumber, and appreciated the available options (everything bagel seasoning, red wine vinegar, eggs). Definitely a 4/5 for my dish. Husband got a chorizo breakfast quesadilla, and the kids split a cinnamon roll (and did not finish it!!!!) which was delicious. Great place to visit!
