You get what you pay for. It’s a great price for the food you get, most of the games are out of order in the “fun zone” we lost out on $10. Overall good experience and seems clean.

There’s not a lot of variety unless you grab a request form for your own custom pizza, but their buffet is really good. There’s marinara sauce, pasta for spaghetti, a small salad bar, and a dessert table as well if you’re not 100% into eating just pizza. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was calm and chill. There’s a small arcade to the left of the entrance if you’re into playing games. (You buy the reloadable cards at the front counter) It’s a small strip mall restaurant, but worth the money if you want a simple night out.

I live in Oklahoma City and I came to visit a few friends of mines and while passing by I seen a pizza place didn’t know it was all you could eat until I got in. So, that was a bonus I was greeted by a young man named Damien he was kind explained everything to me took me around the buffet line I decided I didn’t want anything on the line and proceeded to make a special request and that’s when another gentleman named Keith made the best pizza I ever had in my life. I love the pizza and service and atmosphere. I even got pizza to go. I don’t know when I’ll be back but whenever I do I hope I see those young men Damien and Keith.

We just started going back to cici’s and I’m impressed. I had an issue with my order and the manager Damion was really kind and helped replace the order with no issues and also provided cinnamon rolls for us having issues. The remake order was absolutely delicious, hot, and they provided everything I requested! Definitely going back for more pizzas! Thanks Damion!

Service was great. We were passing through with 170 people. We called ahead and they were more than prepared. They kept the buffer fully stocked with so many options. The restaurant was clean and they were even bussing tables keeping the restaurant clean. The entire restaurant was friendly and helpful.

Food is usually pretty good but the arcade isn’t worth the money, too many games not working/missing components and it’s really hot and stuffy in there. Staff is usually really friendly as well.

Arrived at 8pm for dinner to a hand written sign on the door saying they would be closed at 9. No big deal however there was no pizzas out and when asked if there would be more made the employee motioned for us to fill out a request form. After 30 minutes of being here and 30 minutes to “close” we haven’t had pizza yet. The manager seem more preoccupied with visiting a customer and child in AND outside of the restaurant rather than helping her employees. Not only that the white male employee in the kitchen had no gloves on the entire time he was handling the Togo pizzas he would make and was extremely rude and aggressive to the young female Hispanic worker on the opposite side. Overall terrible experience.

Honestly dissapointed, went in for pizza and the whole time we were there , no more than 2 pizzas were out on the line. Same thing for dessert , we asked about the brownies maybe 4 times and we’re told they would make them after the rush was over . We tried to be patient and understanding but then when I went to ask the manager she said it would be over an hour until the brownies came out . She was polite about the situation and I understand the busy restaurant but I wish I was told the hour wait from the start and not after waiting 45 minutes just to wait another hour . In the end
I left hungry from a buffet .
