Great pizza with solid service. The staff gave good recommendations. We ordered two pies for four people, which I think is solid amount of pizza for a lunch. I ended up liking the regular style more than the grandma.

Went in here to grab slices. The guy at the counter said “we don’t do slices but the places around are not as good as ours.” I was immediately sold. This pizza was amazing and perhaps one of the best I’ve had in NY in awhile.

My first time back since the fire. I was a little nervous with the early reviews but it sounds like they just needed a couple of months to hit their stride. People who say this is the best slice in Queens are right but in my opinion that might actually be underrating it. Also, the service and atmosphere is excellent, and although it’s a few bucks more than a generic corner shop, the quality of the ingredients is obvious.

If you loved The Bear, you’re gonna wanna come to Nick’s. A class act since 1994, survived a fire and came back even stronger.
Places like this in NYC exist less and less. These guys are all heart.
The pizza’s not only good, it’s unique. Clean, while full of flavor. Thin crust and crisp but not too, while chewy. Abundant attitude toward toppings. Beautiful atmosphere, c’mon. Be kind and bring your appetites.

Best pizza in the neighborhood for sure. High quality ingredients (which does drive up the cost), old school pizza shop vibes inside down to the super comfortable booths. Highly recommend.
Also family friendly and has enough space so you don’t feel in the way with a stroller.

Loved the return of this gem to our neighborhood. Same charred crust for my like. My pizza was delayed for few minutes and they comped my drink. Gets busy on the weekends! A bit crowdy for my taste as waiting crowd stares at the tables directly :).

The only thing better than the pizza was the service. Germain and Johnny were absolutely wonderful hosts and the pizza was some of the best in New York. Pepperoni pizza was fantastic and the cannoli for dessert was out of this world delicious.
I was in town for work for the night and gave this place a try and it was as good as I had been told.
Highly recommend and will definitely return when I’m in town.
