This is the first kfc that I’ve had an issue with. I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready within 20 to 30 minutes. I waited about 23 minutes and got notification it was ready. I went inside and my order was not ready at all. The staff looked so confused. Waited an additional 10 minutes. I checked my order before leaving and I was missing chicken tenders and both mashed potato and coleslaw. They had given me a wrong side dish too. Very inconvenient. I’m glad I checked before leaving or I would have had to come back.

I went here and ordered an 8 piece bucket and waited 15 minutes with only two people in line in front of us.
So it’s my turn and they tell me that they have no breasts.
This is KFC, correct ?
I said shouldn’t my price be reduced with the premium item missing and after another 5 minutes they said my price would be reduced $2.00 but threw in 2 extra drumsticks.
I live in a metropolitan area in the Midwest with 400,000 people and all 6 KFC’s have closed.

Service was great! The Extra Crispy that I had longed for was piping hott and truly extra crispy! Fresh! Here’s the downside, the place was dirty. The restroom horrendous! The trash can in the lobby was full and the drink area needed a serious wipe down. The floors were a mess. The prep areas in the back were adequately clean tho otherwise there is no way I’m eating here Good service on this night nonetheless.

French fries was very cold and really hard… she said she just put the sauces in bag when i arrive home. DOES NOT. I do not recommend this place to visit. Also Boxes & cups was mixed With taco Bell. Who other place will do that.? Thats crazy.

I went to this KFC today and Got a great Deal on a 5 piece , service was quick and prompt. Restaurant was clean. Employees were helpful. And the food was excellent. 5 stars

Disappointed experience. Our chicken was cold and dry. The restaurant itself was not very clean. The staff member taking orders was visiting in the back and wasn’t attentive to me being there. I wouldn’t return.

Checked online and said it was open till 1am. Drove down to KFC and to my lost it was close per staff on-site at 12am. Really was looking forward to it after a concert.

Ridiculous!!! dirty we ordered on the kiosk no receipt was sent to my phone My son asked for a refill on his drink and the associate got an empty cup filled with soda and came and said here open your cup and poured the drink into the other cup….what the hell
