If there was a zero option, I would choose that. We live local and decided to give this location another chance. This is the worst location we have ever had experience with. Their drink machine NEVER has ice and the soda is warm as a result of that. Our orders are never correct and the portion sizes aren’t consistent. We enjoy chipotle a lot but this will be our last time going to this location. Ordered extra cheese, didn’t get it.
Ordered a Large Guacamole, not even full.

This like many other Chipotles locations give small portions and then have many people asking for more. They would also rather scrape a pan of rice and give the older remaining rice then give the customer the fresh new rice that is being given to the person serving the customer and I use that term loosely. I saw the extra cheese request happen and did not do the same but when I asked for a side of it the person told me it would be extra cost which is obvious but shouldn’t be the case as to it was only wanting the same result as the other person ahead of me recieved. It is not the customers fault that Chipotles employees and their corporate are stingy on their portions. Just another location of theirs that I will successfully boycott do to unprofessional behavior. It was unprofessional because the person ahead in line got the extra cheese for free and I was told about the cost as if I never went to a Chiptoles before.

I have bought chipotle rice bowl today 03/06/2026 and the rice was not cooked properly. And most of things were not fresh as well. After eating my kids tummy is hurting. Chipotle’s quality of food is quiet bad these days. They should work on to improve the quality of food and give some training to their employees.

I ordered a bowl from Chipotle and was shocked by the condition of the guacamole. What I received was dark gray, slimy, and clearly spoiled. It looked absolutely nothing like the bright, fresh green guac they advertise (see photo comparison). It looked and smelled like it had been sitting out for hours, maybe longer.
I expect better from Chipotle, especially when they promote “fresh” ingredients. This was not just unappetizing; it felt unsafe to eat. I ended up throwing the whole thing out.
Very disappointed. I’ve attached photos showing what I got versus what Chipotle says they serve. Huge difference.

Not to be dramatic, but I could cry happy tears- this is the only chipotle I will ever go to for the rest of my life. I have been craving chipotle for like 2 weeks now & have never ever received a more perfect bowl than I did tonight. Placed mobile order to this location because it was the closest to my home. Order a bowl with extra rice, extra fajita veggies, and extra cheese. I don’t mind paying extra for asking for extra, however if I am paying extra I expect to get what I paid for. The bowl had barely any rice, only a couple veggies, and barely any cheese. The restaurant also was out of ice for their ice machine and Guacamole. When putting in the complaint about the inaccuracy on the app, all that was offered was a free drink… the drink isn’t what was wrong, the food was. This type of situation has happened multiple times at this particular location. I’ve never had issues from the one close to my work in the Kingsdale Shopping center. My food at that location is always correct and no issue. This location is a different story. Will not be ordering from here in the future.

Most of us are well aware of Chipotle’s cuisine. I enjoy it more than a lot of other restaurants. This review will not discuss food any further. I love the service I often receive at this restaurant! I always have a developmentally disabled gentleman accompany me to Chipotle. There’s a particular young lady who works there that transforms our meal from ordinary to wonderful. When this young lady is at the register, if time permits, she’ll take our tray to where we normally sit (without us asking). She does this with a big smile. We appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond! She’s a gem!

The customer service was awful. Overall, the staff seemed really bothered, and before I even finished placing my bowl order, they closed the lid without asking, so I had to request the remaining toppings in an extra cup. On top of that, the toppings I requested later weren’t put in a paper bag, so I had to go back to get them. Both the chicken and steak vegetables were way too salty, and I couldn’t finish my meal.
The service was extremely poor, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

Good size serving for a Chipotle. You know how it goes low on somethings so you get scraps and not enough. That’s the story on the veggies. Most of everything was good but not super clean. Overall I’d give them a 84%
