Definitely doesn’t live up to the hipe of their “great” fish. We ordered two Cod dinners. The mashed potatoes and gravy was cold on Both! They forgot the cheese curds. Over all the food just didn’t taste very good.

I stopped by Culver’s while passing through from California, and I have to say — this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Travis, the drive-thru genius, absolutely blew me away with his energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness. This guy deserves to be a manager right alongside Rhonda, who’s already doing an amazing job leading with warmth and excellence.
Both Travis and Rhonda made me feel welcome and valued — so much so that I even took pictures to remember the moment! It’s rare to see a team that takes such pride in their work. Big shoutout to Culver’s for having incredible people like them representing the brand!

Thought the guy who brought the order to the table was rude when we asked for some long spoons and forks for salad and fruit shakes (he was like ” for what”) and not so willing to provide us cutleries.
Anyways, big parking space and great sitting place.

We have visited Culver’s locations across the whole country. This is the most dirty Culver’s I have ever seen. The tile and carpet are absolutely filthy. There was ketchup splattered across the front door. The bathroom was also dirty and the corners of the stalls had debris and filth in them as if the person mopping just shoved the mop in the corner and called it quits.
We waited for a while for our food to-go and then after we hopped in the car we discovered the main entree was missing in our meal. We turned around and received it quickly but there was a man waiting there for his food before we arrived initially and he was still there after we picked up our missing item- he waited for his food to-go for at least 20 minutes. This is not the Culver’s standard.
I asked to speak to a manager and I could see he was busy in the kitchen so after waiting for a few minutes we decided to hit the highway again.

I love Culver’s food! But the last time I drove up to their fast food line to place my order, I couldn’t believe how long I had to wait just to place my order. I and another vehicle drove up behind my vehicle. I waited patiently for 8 mins., asked on their intercom, “is anyone was there?” A voice came on the line and said, “just one minute.” 15 mins later I repeated my question, and I got the same response. I opened my car door to apologize to the lady sitting in her vehicle behind me. She said, “ no worries. I witnessed all that you asked.” We both agreed something must be going on inside the restaurant. But we had no idea what. For the third time I asked on their intercom I want to order, I’ve been sitting at your drive up for several minutes without any assistance. Finally someone came on the line, took my order. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order ( which I should not have done because it took so darn long to place my order!) I should have asked for my sandwich on the house, no cars (I mean no cars) were in front of me. Though earlier, there were several in front of my vehicle who already ordered, paid and went on their merry way:/ The cashier at the window apologized, said there’s some trouble with an employee (like I really want to know why it took so long in the drive-up). And I said, “ just make my sandwich so I can leave!

Wash down that tasty burger with some of their in-house root beer or the Pepsi products.
Don’t forget the extra honey mustard for those crinkle cut fries and buffalo chicken strips.
They also have clean bathrooms for your long road trips.

Love Culver’s, But the last 2 times Food has been cold and food stuck together. Not cooked to.order. we only live a few blocks away, so FOR usually good food we go.to Culver’s. 2 times in a row is to much. $24.00, Then $26.00 to much for cold uneatable food. Won’t be back. Lot’s of fast food in area. I will be trying them

Ordered a child’s meal grilled cheese combo to go with. It was a soggy wet mess . Not grilled at all . The soda came with no straw , no spoon for the concrete mixer which was wrong . It should have been brownie bites and it was cheese cake . No napkins for that wet soggy sandwich. No frozen yogurt chip for late as stated . Whole meal was a mess . Never again .
