This food has me sick and in severe pain. I should not have eaten it. I actually didn’t eat the krystal but I did eat the chili cheese fries. Pain all night and next day. I will NEVER be back and hope I dont end up having to go to the hospital. This feels like food poisoning.

I don’t understand why it’s slow!!! Ive been in this line for 43 minutes and I still dont have my food. The food is usually good, but the employees may need some time management classes. The only reason I stayed in the line vs leave like the 3 cars behind me is because I really have a taste for this food. Please help the employees so the establishment can run efficiently.

Went through the drive through for a road time snack and this place hit the spot. The sliders were hot and were very tasty and the fries, crunchy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside. Salted just right. Great little bite to eat. Service and server was excellent and friendly.

I promise you these sandwiches are as cold and nasty as they look. They had NOONE inside and NOONE in the drive thru. I didn’t even want them.to remake it, I just wanted my $13 back on principle alone. Cuz, how are you trying to pass this type garbage off to paying customers. I asked for a refund and am told rudely ITS NON REFUNDABLE. WE WILL MAKE IT OVER.

I ordered an online order. I went to try to go inside, and they said “inside is closed”. Then I waited in the long drive through line and when I got to speaker they said they were on a 15 minute hold did I want to wait? I said I had a mobile order. I waited 5 minutes for her to say something else and she finally said pull into a parking spot and I’ll bring your order out. It took FOURTY FIVE minutes for me to get my food. And it was horrible. A refund is needed. I don’t even ever complain about stuff like this but; This is un called for and this location should be shut down.

Bliss Way
The food is normally hot. Short staff here. Excessive wait time. Two lane drive through but only one is usually operational. As of 7/2/2021 they have a rating of 100. Surprisingly good with little help. Due to the long wait they do not offer at least a free item this is why I rated it a 2.

My husband ordered 12 burgers, 6 with mustard and 6 w/o mustard. Next time (if there is one) I’ll order a burger w/o mustard and onions . Because someone thought I wanted a burger with my ☹️. I literally had so much onions on my burger you couldn’t find the meat .
