I have wanted to go to Limoncello for three years when I visited friends in Naples. The wait was worth it, with our visiting surpassing my already high expectations.
The service at Limoncello is impeccable from moment you are welcomed in the door.
Our party of six was seated quickly, and we jumped right in with a round of Limoncello Spritz and some Antipasti. The Arancini and the Bruschetta Brasata were excellent. You may also want to try the Panzanella di Positano salad before you dive into the main menu.
As with traditional Italian menus there are great pastas as well as meat and seafood choices. Our table tried the Lobster Ravioli, Chicken Parmigiana, Tagliolini alla Pescatora, Salmone alla Puttanesca and a Capricciosa Pizza.
All looked and tasted wonderful. The homemade pasta shined in each of the dishes, and the pizza, my dinner, could have come from any oven in Bologna. The crust and ingredients were impeccable.
The wine list is also a real treat with a mixture of International favorites, heavy on some both big Italian wines, but others that also taste great and are easier on the wallet (Super Tuscan is a nice one to try). If you are swinging big, look at the Special Reserve list and try the 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. Also consider the 2010 Barolo Riserva.
Get the Ricotta e Pistacchio for dessert. Have a espresso with some Amaretto to finish off the meal.

The anole butter and bread is to die for and try the Italian sausage & parm cream sauce pasta. I finished with a shot of limoncello with our wonderful waitress Lindsey. My personal favorite.

My husband and I dined there tonight for the 1st time and I must say that it WILL NOT be our last. We will drive an hour to come to this beautiful establishment! The food was fresh, delicious and absolutely perfect! The basil garlic butter and bread were delicately paired. Their 3 course meal for $49 is a hard deal to beat. Troy, our server did not rush us and was not overly attentive.. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I will take more photos!

A group of 6 of us, that had talked about coming forever and finally did, made a last minute reservation last night. We were placed at a great table in possibly the quietest corner in the restaurant- just what we requested. We enjoyed some great cocktails, including the limoncello spritz and the limoncello martini- both delicious. Several of us opted for the eggplant Parmesan, which as I enjoy the leftover tonight, is equally delightful. Another friend had the sausage ravioli which he really enjoyed. Even the bread was special. Julian was our server and he was super personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and made our evening so much fun. We finished our evening with a limoncello birthday toast, and all agreed we would be back soon! Thanks for a great evening!

We had an amazing first visit. Lindsay was our server and she was fantastic…incredibly attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food and atmosphere made the whole experience even better. It was a bit loud at times. Best table is the last couple of tables past the bar if you want it quieter. Casual Dress. They have excellent gluten free choices and can substitute GF pasta for almost all the past a dishes. Will serve GF bread at your request. The butter served with it was addictively delicious. Both Panzanella di Positano and Insalata di Rucula e Fragole salads were perfect. Gnocchi al limone, Ravioli di Vitello, and Salmone alla Puttanesca were amazing! We will definitely return to Limoncello.

Omar. Gotta say that Limoncello snagged one of the best servers ever. Omar just has that X factor that very few do. He seems to genuinely want you to have the best experience possible, the best food for your preferences, and the best wines to match (with honesty and accuracy). And the food was great (see the pics: the veal chop and the branzino), as were the dirty martinis and so on. Anyway, we’ve been there before and always had a great experience, but Omar elevated this one, which requires something special.
