Overall great experience, food wise ribs were hot and taste great. Fries were little cool. Ur edible. Korion the server was great having just started. Good energy. Atmosphere music was great choice just a little bit lower on the volume.

We went here around 6:30pm on a Wednesday and it was loud and noisy. My son ordered the honey mustard chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, they brought it with tomatoes, it was soggy and fell apart after one bite. I got the triple dipper and the chicken wontons were terrible and overcooked. We were a few minutes into our food before my sister finally got her food. The wait time for the food was 30 minutes and we all sat with our glasses empty for a while before the waitress came back to offer refills then she seemed irritated. I definitely will not return to this location. Also, I’ve never known any place to put shredded Parmesan on garlic Parmesan wings!

Applebees’s has undoubtedly lost its luster in comparison to eating options now available. The food is the consistency of a frozen meal. In fact the chips and salsa resembled bag tortilla chips and bottled salsa. Food was lacking a whole lot. There appeared to be minimal staff, I’m confident our waitress was cooking the food, serving the food and waiting the bar. This was a last minute holiday limited choices selection. I hadn’t been here in years and soon definitely remembered why. Revamp your menu, great fresh food options are so much better!

Tarra was hands-down the best bartender I’ve ever had at Applebee’s! She was incredibly nice, always smiling, super attentive, and made everyone feel welcome. Her recommendations were spot on, and she kept the drinks coming without missing a beat. If you’re lucky enough to get Tarra, your night is guaranteed to be great—5 stars all the way!

Let’s start with the service my waitress was wonderful. She checked on us constantly. Let’s move on to food so they have this big clucking chicken sandwich that I wanted to try. Let’s just say the chicken didn’t match the image of the picture. The crust was DRY AND tasted like FLOUR. I could pull the beard, it did not look anything like the picture. Do not waste your money buying this big clucking chicken sandwich. Applebee’s do better because this isn’t it! I’m so disappointed ☹️! P.S. look at the picture on the and look at that sandwich. You’ve got to be kidding me it isn’t even close!

Perfect location, mediocre sides, okay service. I liked the steak but the mashed potatoes were incredibly dry, and this alfredo with random cheddar cheese and a chopped up bacon slice is not worth a $3.99 upcharge. Which, I didn’t want in the first place, I had to get it because they were out of broccoli. The poor server did her best, but you can’t win against bad food, or a coworker leaving abruptly. I could have spent the same amount of money at Outback and got a lobster tail and delicious soup. I regret not driving further down the road. This was frustrating after a long trip to this city.

Okay so first off the waitress was a lovely person, but didn’t write down anything and had to come ask again what one of our party of four asked for. I got the steak medium and it was well done and mildly warm. but my mashed potato’s and green beans were ice cold. The appetizers (chips and queso w salsa ) also cold as well as the mozzarella sticks. Another member of our party had Chicken parm with chicken on the side with nothing on it and it came with cheese on it. thankfully it was cold as well and the cheese came right off. we were if not the first in , one of the first few party’s in and i don’t blame anyone maybe it was an off day, but our party will not be coming back to this establishment due to cold unflavorful food and a staff that seemed more interested in talking to one another rather than attending to the patrons. even tho everything was unsatisfactory, i left a bare minimum tip of $10.

Before Covid this was my favorite place to eat then CoVid hit and I have truly hated coming here.. But decided after such a long time away we would try again..And I am so glad we did..Dennis and his trainee Essence were so kind and respectful!! The food was great!! Service great!! The employees here do not care about the business or its customers. No enthusiasm, no urge for attentiveness or hustle.
I ordered the mac and cheese chicken. The pasta was cold and the sauce was watery. The chicken pieces were small and dried out from what i can assume is sitting below a heat lamp for a very long time.
I wouldn’t eat here again for free.
