What a fun place with amazing food. It’s way bigger inside than it appears from the sidewalk. Grab a menu when you walk (check for specials) and find a table. Then you’ll go order at the end of the bar/counter.
I opted for the Farmers Breakfast. Holy cow… that’s a lot of food! Bacon and sausage and that magical crispy pork. And scrambled eggs. And a split jalapeño cheddar biscuit. And gravy? I think the crispy pork is a pork belly but whatever it is, it’s incredible. I was torn on whether to split up the meal (and take some to-go) or just do as much damage as I could.
There were several other things on the menu that looked good; I’m sure I’ll be back.

Nice spot to get some lunch. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good! The salsa they had was so good! Highly recommend. You order first, which wasn’t bad.

We found this wonderful gem looking for breakfast and got so much more than that. We got wonderful service, great music, and awesome atmosphere. We ordered a flank steak taco (a la carte $6) the flavors exploded and work so well together and the steak is very tender. Loaded chicken n biscuits ($16) the biscuits look dry but aren’t and are very flavorful the jalapeños are fresh and give the biscuit a good heat. Farmers breakfast ($16) comes with half order of biscuits and gravy, potatoes, Cajun smoked crispy pork(pork belly chunks), bacon, sausage patty, and eggs great for the price lots of food. Smash burger(15.5) 2 very juice and full of flavor patties comes with cheese lettuce and bacon on the burger with onions and tomatoes on the side restrooms are nice and clean. The bar is good size and service good cocktails and has many choices of beer on tap would highly recommend for a good breakfast brunch spot

Conveniently located near my hotel. This is a counter-order spot — you place your order, pay, get a number, and grab your own drinks while the food is brought to your table. Breakfast was satisfying with large portions. Good option for something quick and easy nearby.

Had just gotten into town and saw that this place had decent reviews so we decided to try. Not at all impressed. The bartender who also takes your food order is unfriendly. Since we’d never been there, we had a couple questions about the menu and he seemed very annoyed to have to answer them. We ordered food, I ordered the Farmers Breakfast and my wife ordered steak and egg taco. Steak in the taco was just 1 big piece of rubbery meat that lacked flavor. Farmers breakfast came with bacon (which was burnt, see picture), biscuits and gravy(biscuits were burnt, dry and crumbly and gravy was bland and lacked flavor), eggs, pork belly and a sausage patty. The food was only warm versus fresh hot when it arrived. Once your food is dropped off no one ever comes around and asks if everything is satisfactory. Overall we didn’t care for it and wouldn’t return.

The atmosphere is great, the service super fun and impressive in quality. The food? Just super great. The farmer’s breakfast is the best to face the jet lag and meet the St. Louis spirit! By the way, I was forgetting to mention that the coffee is so tasty that I needed no sugar.

Gold mine of amazing! The staff were all super friendly. The food was incredible. Shout out to the kitchen for coming out to talk to me about my order when they thought they were short on the biscuits I ordered. Turned out they weren’t but they took care of me extra anyway!
Plus an amazing bonus they partner with GiftAMeal. You can donate a meal simply by taking a picture of your own meal (which most of us are doing anyway!).
Such a fabulous experience!

We picked BLT for a late lunch and enjoyed our time! The vibe of the place was inviting – think laid-back and trendy. We arrived after the typical lunchtime rush, and it was perfect; not crowded at all, and we could seat ourselves immediately.
I decided to try two of their fan-favorite tacos: the Fresh Salmon Taco and the BLT Taco. The BLT taco was definitely generous, packed with crispy pork, though I found it a bit on the heavy side for my taste. The salmon taco was enjoyable, but I wished it came with a bit more in terms of toppings or accompaniments to really make it sing. The real star for me was the elote– absolutely amazing! Be warned, it’s got a kick with a good amount of cut jalapeño, but if you love a bit of spice, you’ll be in heaven.
My mom went with the Shrimp Taco, and for her sides, she chose the fruit and sautéed veggies. While the veggies didn’t have a ton of standalone flavor, she found they paired really well with the spicy elote I ordered, balancing out the heat.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. On top of the relaxed atmosphere, there’s also an opportunity to provide a free meal for others using a QR code at the table! We’d certainly recommend BLT for anyone looking for delicious tacos in downtown St. Louis!

Food was pretty good here. I got the chicken and waffles (outstanding flavor). My mother for the farmers breakfast and the burnt pork ends were delectable. Pretty standard breakfast for the most part. Although, I wish I had tried a breakfast taco.
Bottomless coffee for $4 is a steal as well.
Right next to all the other good food in the area. Solid spot for breakfast.
My only complaint is they could have had two registers going. Took awhile for us to get through the line to order food.

The service is cafeteria style with orders placed and paid for at the counter and non alcoholic drink service done by the customer. The staff delivers the food and were very helpful. It was not busy during our visit.
