Great ice cream, crepes, and mini pancakes everything tastes fresh and really good. 100% recommended to everyone in the area.
But the real reason this place deserves 5 stars is Ahmed Jouma. His service was honestly amazing. He was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience better. You can tell he really cares about customers and making sure everyone leaves happy. This guy definitely deserves a raise man he makes this atmosphere a vibe. He went above and beyond, gave great recommendations, and had the best attitude the whole time.
People like Ahmed Jouma are the reason places like this stand out. If you come here, hope Ahmed is working because he’ll make your visit 10x better.

OMG! So fresh so good. Tried couple things absolutely to perfection. Raspberries are the hardest to find reproduced but still not artificial this place KNOCKS IN OUT THE PARK! Can’t wait to go again

I paid $16 for this sushi crepe and it didn’t even come with ice cream. The crepe looks sad. It looks like left over crepe dough was thrown together and put in a box. The sushi crepes were wilted and really disappointing. The quality and value at this location has definitely cheapened out.

I had an amazing experience at La Gelati! The ice cream was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot perfectly. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Hadi went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—super friendly, professional, and made the whole visit feel special. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers. Ayham was also great—very helpful and kind. The whole team was fantastic. Highly recommend La Gelati for both the treats and the top-tier service!

I had a great experience at La Gelati! I got the cocktail and it was absolutely delicious. Batoul, Hadi, and Hussein were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made sure everything was perfect and created a really friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit, I’ll be coming back soon!

First time to try La Gelati and it was too sweet for me. I got a qashta smoothy and a crepe with kitkat and hazelnuts. The food was so sweet that I got a sugar shock. Overall it was fine.

Absolutely terrible. Went in with my husband and it took about 10 minutes for someone to finally come from the back to help us out, we were the only customers inside the store after 10 minutes this short little kid came out very dark looked almost 12 as whom was EXTREMELY rude. Ordered a regular kinder crepe and it came to us extremely hard and brittle. Also asked him for a cup of water and gave me a smug look as if i was asking for much? Extremely horrible customer service i believe his name might’ve been sal or samer if i stand corrected. Do not come to this establishment if you are looking for a good and comforting environment.

I visited Dearborn Gelato today around 8 PM. I usually go to the Canton branch, but decided to try the Dearborn location because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The store was not clean, and the staff were not welcoming — no smiles or friendly attitude. The ice cream we ordered looked completely different from the advertisement. At first, we thought it was a mistake, but the staff said it was the same item.
The worst part was the cleanliness. The tables were dirty, and we sat at the one that looked “cleanest,” but it had just been wiped with a damp cloth that smelled bad. The odor was strong enough that even my young son noticed it, and my daughter could barely eat because of the flies. There were also bugs on the floor.
Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last time at this location.
