I had stopped in yesterday to place a to go order around 1:30 and the waitress was very kind and informative. Helped me get the food I wanted for the best lunch value! Why I gave the food an overall score of 1 star is that I specifically asked for not just wet, but extra wet. I like my wings saucy with some flavor, but sadly as I took my take out from the building and got to work. I opened my box to disappointingly average sauced wings. Nothing wet about them. I know the waitress didn’t forget to put that detail down as the boxes were covered in the stickers showing that they read and followed instructions, but sadly the cook must not understand what wet wings are.

Usually have good luck herebut this time was rough. Waited for a table for 15 minutes even though half the place was empty. Didn’t get our drinks for another 15 minutes and my daughter’s drink didnt come till after our food got there. Ordered chicken sandwich and it was at least half the size as the last time I was here. Dissapointed all around!

I have a dream that one day I’ll see my waitress more than twice when I come here. I can only ever get 2 drinks at this place because I never ever get a waitress to ask if I want a second beer until after my food comes. Would recommend to go literally anywhere else because it never happens anywhere in cedar falls expect this Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is so slow it’s taken us over a hour to attempt to get our food on top of this. They must be playing games on their phone or scrolling TikTok or something because I can’t imagine why it would take this long to get food or a second beer even.

Went to watch NFL playoff games here. Our server was nice and attentive. I usually like the burgers here and think the wings are lackluster which is why I don’t really go here but I figured I’d give it a shot again. Wings were dry and there was basically no seasoning or sauce on them. It was funny looking at the menu and seeing pictures of them yet again they were just fried chicken bites. For a place that advertises their wings so much it’s pretty nuts that everytime we go they pretty much suck. Good clean place but that’s about it. For how much they charge you for 10 of them, your money would be well better spent at a venue like Famous Dave’s that’s right across the street. They actually put sauce on your wings and if somehow it’s not enough they have bottles of sauce at the tables.

This was our first visit. We loved the sports atmosphere, and all the memorabilia. We had appetizers- onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and other munchies. We then got our cheeseburger and fries order- a big sandwich! We ate a few fries, and brought the rest home. The service was prompt, the food great, atmosphere was delicious! We will be back with friends soon!

We had a group of 8 and were seated right away. We placed our order and the waitress double checked to make sure everything was correct. We waited over an hour for our food. The food came out at different times and one meal didn’t come out until the rest of us were done eating. We were told they were rushing the order. It still was another half hour before it came out. Both the waitress and the manager told us that they were rushing that order. The order was a wrap which takes a little time to make it but shouldn’t have taken that long. Also one of the other orders was for 10 wings with two different sauces but all came with one sauce.
The bathroom was also very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Front door was also dirty.
We usually love Buffalo Wild Wings but this was not a very good experience. Will think twice again to visit again.

If I could get zero starts for everything I would!!!! Ordered around 8 pm said it would be done at 8:40 pm. We got there at 8:45pm. Went in to get food. Got asked the name for the order and the guy said he would go back to check. He never came back. Two other people came and asked if we got helped and informed them we have. Waited 15 mins and he never came back. Got asked again if we needed help and explained that we someone was gonna go check it and never came back. The person went and checked and said that it should be out soon as all they had to do was bag it. We waited another 15 mins for them to just bag the food and bring it out. By the time we got home food was cold. We have food that we didn’t get and the wrap we got they put the wrong sauce on it. Very disappointed and won’t be going back!!! It’s like no one at that place knows how to do their job correctly or read an order right!!

Went with a friend late at night on a weeknight. We were seated quickly. The server was friendly. We ordered 30 wings. Some were traditional, others boneless. They took a long time to arrive. The boneless were dry and cold. The traditional were not dry but were cool. The sauces were ordinary. The mozz sticks were ok. The marinara sauce was pretty good. The tots were very greasy. The usual celery sticks and carrots garnish must be purchased separately. The lemonade was great. I don’t plan to return.
