they have terrible food so the best thing I can recommend is their drinks, but still at that I can only go as far as a 3️⃣⭐️

I will say that the young ladies customer Service was very friendly w/ a willing spirit to help…… So I will give them an extra star ⭐️

Pssst….. we all have to agree, It is a shock to anyone to have a good drive-through experience at all.!!!!!!!! Lol

This place has gone downhill since new ownership. It is really disappointing. We were regulars. Family of 9, here constantly. Like twice a day for our caffeine fix for YEARS and would sometimes order food Loyal as they come. New ownership ruined it. They are rude, order accuracy is not great, online ordering always down and they won’t honor half price drinks when they turn off the ability to order or use coupons. Not as clean. The biggest slap in the face was that I got an iced tea months ago and it was FULL OF MOLD. They wouldn’t answer their phone for days. I reached out to corporate with the info and pictures and they refused to help. I have been doubly charged with no refund since new ownership. Pretty much just done with the place. Didn’t come for MONTHS after the mold incident. Just got an 8 piece mozzarella stick for the kids to share and they refused to let me order 3 marinara. Said they cap it and one, maybe 2, no matter the size ordered. App ordering also off again. Prices also through the roof and food changes too. Been burned too many times and they lost some of their most loyal customers.

Nobody seems to speak English at this location. I order food the way I like it. Nobody seems to understand what I want. I get my cheeseburger finally and it is completely made wrong. There’s some dude outside panhandling nobody cares. This star has gone downhill dramatically nothing was made, right

What a joke of a place. They have no idea how any of the deals in the app work, the employee flat out told us “I don’t use the app and they don’t tell us how it works or what the deals are.” The app is so terrible and it doesn’t even work. We looked it up and you don’t even need the app, and they refuse to even honor the $1 snacks hour prices. The messed up our food order and forgot one of our drinks, then took our receipt so we can’t even post a photo of that on here. Skip this place.

The last couple times I’ve gone to Sonic the food hasn’t been the greatest. My tater tots were soaked in grease and then today I ordered a small onion ring and I got four greasy overcooked onion rings. I’ve been very disappointed. Not worth going back and complaining because I already drove off just won’t go back

Every single time I’m deciding what to eat, this sonic pops into my mind. The service is unmatched and the food is high quality. You’re not gonna be breaking the bank here, for a meal, it’s like $6-7 dollars! I honestly enjoy being here and my food is always served fast in under 4 minutes. I really don’t get all the one-star reviews. If you want a quick bite with high-quality food and service then look no further.

Waited for 15 min at the ordering window for them to not even say anything into the speaker or acknowledge that we were waiting . Highly recommend not spending your time or money here at the castle rock location. New management is terrible .

Sonic is the best!! They have the best ice in the world making the drinks fantastic! Happy hour 2-4 woot woot!! They have drive thru or pull up and order in the stall. There is a restroom on the side of the building.
You can use the app and get drinks half price all day! I love our Sonic because they have the best service! Fast Friendly and convenient!
