Our server, Isabella, was phenomenal. She was friendly, patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Good customer service is becoming quite rare these days, and she truly made us feel well taken care of. While the food took a little longer to arrive, the restaurant was quite busy, and it was well worth the wait. This location is noticeably cleaner than some of the others we’ve visited. We were very pleased with our experience and will most definitely be returning.
Apps were very good and the meals were abundant!
We had a business dinner and everyone ordered a meal. However I split the Fishermans platter a plate of fried everything!
This was a huge portion and could have shared it with 2 others.
The Buffalo cauliflower and the New england style calamari were very good.
And I enjoyed the New England Clam Chowder.
Great service in a busy restaurant. This place is on the second floor, with a nice faux balcony.
Ordered Sea-Cone Lobster Butter 3 tiers and the Fisherman’s Platter unfortunately it came burnt and over cooked 🙁 the manager saw and fully understood! He gave me a guest comp= refund.
My daughter enjoyed her Lobster Mac and her Shrimp Scampi (had to add salt/pepper because it was very bland). Overall the chef could’ve/should’ve done better~ IMO!!!
Our drinks (Patron silver margarita and Long Island) was superb though~ how could it have gone wrong lol…
Happy Holidays and New Year!!!
The oysters were fresh and tasty, and the terrace offered a peaceful, enjoyable atmosphere — definitely the highlight of the visit. However, I was really put off when I found a hair in my clams and linguini. It’s one of those things that instantly kills your appetite. While the staff did replace the dish, I was surprised and honestly disappointed that they still charged me for it. In most restaurants, this would be considered a basic hospitality issue and comped without question. It left a bad taste in what could’ve been a great experience. A calm setting and good oysters, but the handling of the situation made me feel like the customer experience wasn’t a priority.
