1st and LAST time getting food from this location.. 2 Nashville Hot chicken sandwiches and 2 chili dogs..

The buns to the sandwiches are burned and the chicken is rubbery!

The chili dogs did not even have chili! It looked like a chopped up burger patties or yesterdays dried up chili INEDIBLE … and the fact that I called the store 2x with no answer makes it even worse

Didn’t eat here. I couldn’t bring myself to even order anything with the smell of sour mop water and how disgusting everything was. They are apparently too lazy to even clean the bathroom.

I find it very unprofessional that customers or potential customers can never speak to anyone on the phone. The voicemail is always full. Exactly what message are you trying to send out by doing this. What’s the purpose of having a phone in a building if it won’t be years. A restaurant is suppose to value their customers in doors and out doors. Also why have an automatic interview after completing an application. If it’s going to have the person that came up having to turn back around. Because they’re too busy or not aware of it. Why not just take it off the website? People take time out their day and waste gas $ just
to turn around with no real acknowledgement. Also why not hire new people clearly the store needs because if it wasn’t needed the store wouldn’t be a mess .
Anyways corporate definitely needs to take a trip down here

This place is so nasty, and it’s not because it’s old. I’m surprised the rate was 96… that’s low, but no low enough to reflect what it really was. When we drove up. The manager was out front smoking and walked on with us. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger… the mushrooms we so dark, overcooked, old, and didn’t smell good. My husband ordered a single Frisco burger, was charged and received a double. Mostly disappointed by the leftover trash and coffee spills from breakfast… it was 5:43 pm! They’re were No customers in the store… the workers sure had plenty of time to clean up the store but they did not.. just gross!!

Imagine you spend 60$ here ask for no mayonnaise and they do it anyway on everything!!!!! Unbelievable. This is why restaurants and businesses fail. A lot of small simple things fail compiling to one big failure. Will not be back thank you for reminding me to stop giving fast food a chance.

Spent $28.00 for my husband and I dinner. His monster burger, the cheese was cold, not even melted. The large fry was 1/2 full of soggy cold fries. My chicken tender plate was a joke. The tenders were so small, all breading, burnt, and to tough to even chew. Also only 1/2 order of soggy fries in mine. I know it’s fast food, but for almost $30.00 and the foods so bad, you have to go back out and get more food that’s ridiculous. My husband emailed corporate because calling the restaurant does no good when they don’t answer. If you want Hardee’s DON’T WASTE YOU $$$ AT THIS ONE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

The fry’s was way to salty and when back to the counter ask for some fry’s less salty and the woman give me fry’s out of what I had said was to salty and didn’t even drop new fry’s so they wouldn’t be salty and the hotdog had hardly any chili bad customer service

Working so I stop by for quick lunch on the go. They struggled to handle 2 orders and I waited for over 10 minutes for a $6 meal the cheap stuff. Ask for no onions and not to my surprise ONIONS on my burger. Zero work ethic don’t see how these people get hired.

My burger had a rotten piece of lettuce in it. Gross! They should care more about the quality of their food and their customers health. I hate that at the drive thru they make you park your car and wait for them to bring out the food to you. They no longer have onion rings, so they should remove that from their sign.
