Overall this location does a good job. The food is consistently good and I never have issues with my order being wrong or the food being cold. This evening I wasn’t that hungry, so I got a 2ct chicken strip kids meal with fries. I also tried one of their new cherry berry drinks. I got the one with diet lemonade. At first it was so tart but as the ice melted it tasted good. The one issue where this location suffers from sometimes is the speed of service. They have a system where they bring out the drinks separately from the food. That night I had to wait over 5 minutes for my drinks after my food. My friend’s drink never came out and they had to go up to the counter to get it. So overall this location is good but the service can be spotty sometimes. I would recommend going to the Waverly location.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chick-fil-A, and it really made me question the consistency and customer care of the brand as a whole.
I ordered a sandwich that, unbelievably, had no chicken in it — just the bun and toppings. Mistakes happen, I get that. But what frustrated me the most is what happened next. I went to another Chick-fil-A location to ask for help, and they refused to replace or fix the order simply because it was purchased at a different location.
As a customer, I don’t see Chick-fil-A as separate, disconnected stores — I see it as one brand, one company, one standard of service. If a mistake is made under the Chick-fil-A name, the customer should not be the one paying for it. Being told “we can’t help you because you didn’t buy it here” feels like poor customer service and a lack of accountability at the brand level.
For a company that prides itself on hospitality and customer experience, this was a big letdown. Forgetting to put the main item — the chicken — into a chicken sandwich is a serious quality control issue. And refusing to help a customer fix that mistake only makes it worse.
I hope Chick-fil-A takes consistency, quality control, and customer service more seriously across all locations. One bad experience like this can easily turn a loyal customer away.

Today, I visited Chick-fil-A after a long time. I will rate today’s visit 9/10. Their new Grilled Spicy Deluxe burger did not seem spicy or hot to me as I would have liked. The lemonade was very tasty. The Mac&Chz was hot just the way I like it. The service was top-notch. They took out the trash for me and poured me a new drink. Overall, I liked it, I will be back soon ☺️

I love going to Chick-fil-A at Rea road location because of the service and atmosphere the most. The staffs are very friendly and Keith is such a nice person who keeps checking how was the food and if we need any refill or anything. Also the restaurant is so clean and tidy all the time despite how busy is the restaurant. Its always my favorite location.

Always, always busy – a sign of excellence, or at least very high demand. These are the fried chicken sandwiches which everyone else compares to and loses to. 100% score by the health department.

Respectfully, this is a poorly orchestrated customer service experience. Everyone was supporting drive through and one poor young man was working with in restaurant orders. I waited ten minutes for a reward (large fries). I will not be returning.

I eat here all the time and most the crew is so amazing, specifically this one old man is so caring and hard working. I came in today and his smile and jokes just bring me joy. He is what makes me come back. There have been other times where workers would talk politics with customers and that I didn’t like but this man deserves the world.
