The pizza slice was MASSIVE!! It was a very tastey New York style slice; the best I’ve had in Charlotte so far!! Just a heads up – if you’re coming in for a slice, they only offer pepperoni or cheese. But this is understandable since their slices are basically the size of half a pie. Definitely recommend!! Will be going back again!!

Great NY, style pizza and good food. This place is very busy especially around dinner time. 4- 7pm to the point where people park in front of the business and it’s packed. They have GIANT slices which depending on who your feeding or preference, if you buy a whole $30 large pizza, it can be cut it down more slices. For those with a sensitive stomach to acid and grease, I highly recommend you have your antacid tabs on deck for the aftermath, or I hope you’ve been taking your meds. But that could be particular to the individual. The staff is cool and friendly, I’ve only been there 4 times but I’ve never had a mistake on an order. Solid place for some good food that reminds me of NY. We need more of these places instead of commercial places like Papa John’s, etc.

Best NY style pizza around! Best hot and fresh – big foldable thin slices. Absolutely best pizza in the Charlotte area and very reasonably priced.

If you grew up eating new york pizza, this place is the closest thing in CLT. Generous topings, large portions, the wait time is about 10mins but could be longer depending on how much you order.
We’ve go to this place every time we want pizza.

Let me tell you what you want to know. Plenty of parking is available for easy access to the restaurant, orders are made at the front counter (no waiters/waitresses) and prices are somewhat comparable to other pizza shops. I was originally going to get two slices to satisfy my pizza cravings, but couldn’t justify the math behind it ($8 for two or 10 in for $10). I ordered the 10 inch pie and the first 3 slices were awesome! Nice crunch, minimal flop, not too salty, but as I made my way to slice 4 that crunch was substituted for a doughy texture. That pizza flavor became a bit bland and not dropping any names, but employees are supposed to engage with the customer ordering, not having playful banter with their co-worker in front of them (witnessed not experienced). I think this pizza is for the regulars that have gone there for years and not necessarily for those seeking a consistent, high quality pie.

Terrible food. Pizza was hard yet chewy, no sauce. Garlic knots were burnt and the wings were extra burnt and dry. They literally put dry rub lemon pepper on the side when I said half. Ceasar salad-they gave me crackers as croutons. Delivery guy knocked and left food at the door. I purposely wanted to give him a tip on purpose (even though it was later than expected. Glad I didn’t because this place didn’t deserve a dime more.

The staff is very friendly and eager to assist us. The Sicilian pie was spot on and the super large cheese just melts in you mouth. We will be returning on our next trip. Best New York style around.

The taste of the pizza was great, but the portions were amazing! We got the 17 inch pizza between my wife and I and we over half of the pizza we ended up taking with us. One slice is like a quarter of a regular large pizza anywhere else! I like the sauce, but I do think it could use a little more garlic too it, my personal preference! They hand toss their own dough which I loved. We had a order of garlic knots that neither one of us liked too much, just because I think they say in the warmer too long, which I understand because of how busy they were, and I do mean busy! Overall I would definitely try them again and I think that if you are near this one definitely try it out! That’s all for now my friends until the next time!

OMG. I lived in metropolitan NY for most of my life and have been unable to find good pizza in NC. If you like classic Neapolitan pizza with a light (not too chewy) crust, give this place a try! Slices and pies are HUGE (like in NYC)
