I’m not here for service im here because being a fast place these people that bring your food, deserve more than $5.00 and hrs. Especially when they charge the same or not more as burger king, Wendy’s and McDonald’s whom pays thier people at min wage like the law requires. Just because they may get tips whi h is not all the time and requires them to even clean for $5 and hrs is not right. These places that make money hand over fist and dont follow federal laws on min wages need to be closed down. The tips are extra money, even as a exderivery driver i made minwage plus tips.

Food was excellsnt. They could not hear me on the speaker but came out to my car and took my order. Then the were out of stock for part of my order, came back and ask if I had a second choice. I ordered just a regular original burger but I think I got an upgrade. There were at least9 slices of picle whi h I really enjoyed. I also ordered the handmade banana shakej. Best shake ever and I am a chocolate affecianado..
Even though it was not mealtime it was crowded. Service especially with the problems was a little while and my car does not qualify as friendly, cozy, trendy or any other adjective they ask for under atmosphere. Definitely not good for groups or children. There are however always books so the wait was not a problem and it was my choice. I knew before I turned in there would be one.
I guess you could say this is one place that treats disabled people exactly the same as the rest of the customers, namely your accommodations are exactly what you choose as you never leave your vehicle.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 shakes. Would give them a zero star if i could. They have the worst service times i have ever seen. They even showed my order was on its way but had to wait 10 more minutes after that. Last time i go here or suggest it to anyone.

Ok I’m finally gonna be in the complain about SONIC @ CLARKSVILLE . I’ve waited 30 minutes on a mobile order. 1 peanut butter shake. The lady beside me also waited forever and actually rolled her window down and asked about her order . She got it right after that. I’m done after today. It seems like they do it on purpose , not positive though.

Food prep and taste was as expected. Service wasn’t abnormally slow. Low rating bc we ordered four 5pc chicken strip dinners, none of which had the gravy or onion ring in them and the fries that came with our other cheeseburger meal were only half full. So we paid for food we didn’t get.

Probably the best Sonic burger I’ve had, which isn’t saying much (for some reason most Sonic burgers I get the meat is cold, but not this one). This time my bun was a disaster-squashed completely on top, but still tasted fine. Best tater tots in the business. We tried to sit outside and all the tables were filthy except for one.

So, I figured since this app has a distance tracker sinc in a previous order I couldn’t put my number in B4 pulling into the space. Similar to MCD, they prepare your food for you as you close in so it ain’t cold. At least depending on the place. Regardless, I think Sonic too rn with their quality being this passable. Their service is great, not on them. Goes for tri-state area, and I’m an okie

The wait at this place has become bad again. I didn’t visit this place for a while because of the same problem. It had gotten better but the last few times we have went there the wait is horrible. No matter if I order from the app or speaker. They clear the screen saying food is on it’s way and it really isn’t. Helping there numbers but not caring about there customers. Management needs to do better or care a little more.

This place used to be great, grew up going here. Recently, it’s terrible. Longest waits ever with a bunch of messed up food. Terrible staff which means terrible management. Got a rotten milkshake the other day, made me so sick. Pay your employees so they don’t get pissed off if you can’t tip much
