I love Qdoba and frequent this location often. I always do online orders and know to come a little after the set pick up time because my food is never ready when it says it should be. Tonight I sat inside for 30 minutes waiting for my food I had ordered 15 minutes prior. I’m not one to write reviews but this made me upset and annoyed. Online orders at this location are ALWAYS 15+ minutes later than the estimated pick up time.

We go to this QDOBA frequently. The staff is always friendly and ensures you are getting what you want. We tried the soup for the first time today. We enjoyed it and will get it again. It is not a typical soup. It is more like a moist bowl. My wife and I shared it and had leftovers.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I left pretty upset. Staff was nice enough but felt like they were scraping the barrel tonight. Rice was dry and the food was not very good. They wouldn’t sell me the chips I could see behind the counter because they were if someone was ordering online. We still ordered a side of queso and was charged for it and then realized when we got home that they never gave it to us.

Here on 1/8/26. The customer service is terrible. Everyone behind the counter has attitudes and look as though they do not want to be there. Young lady working with black glasses and ponytail just throwing customers food in containers messy and putting the guacamole in containers by just flinging everywhere. Thank God didn’t get into what I was getting ony dish due to l am allergic. No vegetables prepared at 7pm and no urgency to even address or try to make. Stating they haven’t had any for awhile. No eye contact with customers and when question asked of staff respond is sarcastically, “What”. Looks like everyone working is having a bad day. CHIPOTLE IT IS.

Placed an online order for two quesadillas and went in to pick them up. I was told when I got there that my order was not ready but was next. While I was waiting the young man behind the counter was complaining that my order was difficult and “people killing me with these quesadillas.” This is the same person that told me my order was next so I’m sure he made the connection. I waited for nearly twenty minutes while he made may order, which was made wrong. When I pointed out the mistake he told me I could come behind the counter and make my own damn food. He then got into a screaming match with another customer who had been waiting as long as I had been without being acknowledged. The manager stood and watched. I don’t recommend ever visiting this location. I’ve been here many times with mixed results but this was by for the worst experience I’ve had anywhere.

I was there last night, a Sunday late afternoon/early evening. Ordered a burrito, the man behind me ordered one as well. The employee asked if we both had chicken and I said I had chicken but we weren’t together (we were talking for a minute about the nurses’ strike). I paid and she gave me the man behind me’s burrito! Didn’t realize til I got 10 mins down the road! I was really looking forward to my burrito with queso and guacamole! I don’t think I’ll be back. I’m not one to write negative reviews.

Update: Some friends wanted to meet and with allergies, this was the agreed upon place. We dined-in (first time doing so) and although the line took awhile (they said they were busier than usual at that time), the workers were friendly enough and the portion was much better than last time. The flavors of the bowl were a little bland but the chips and queso were delicious, as always. The dining area has recently been redone and the seating was nice. Much better experience than last time.
We’ve been to this location several times and aside from the wait time to pick up an online order have been satisfied. But our experience this past weekend was poor. I got home to find that my “salad” bowl had only a few pieces of lettuce. I called to ask why and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up, called back and was told “We’ve been really busy. You can come back and get a side of lettuce,” which wouldn’t have even been worth my gas. The portions this visit were disappointingly small. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t recommend this location. (This is a photo of my “salad” before taking a bite.)

Although Having a big line, they were extra fast and I got my food in under 10 minutes. Everything taste good but one grape I have is they removed the free style machine for a fountain drinks

The food is pretty good overall. The black beans don’t have much flavor, the meats and salsas do though. It was pretty fast and the workers were decent enough. The burritos are not very big(see pictures). Two burritos, medium chips/salsa came to 29$ before a 2$ tip. So 31$ to not fill up two people is subpar. I might go back at some point.
