As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There were 2 customers in total including myself when i ordered here through drive thru. Me in line in my car and a customer outside at the walkup window. They couldn’t even get my order right even when they ARENT BUSY AT ALL. I ended up getting someone else’s order…. Im assuming the order for the ONLY OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE. Tried calling, goes to voicemail each time. I just got jipped out of 6 dollars since the meal i got was less expensive and no where near what I wanted. I will NEVER be back because that is absolutely ridiculous.

Cashiers are always super pleasant and personable considering they work in fast food service. Everyone seriously has been so kind, going above & beyond and compliment my shirt or something even, haha. And the food is always hot & fresh! They’ve never messed up an order or anything. This is the best Checkers location in the area. We live right down the street and just wanna say we appreciate you all! ♡

Haven’t been to checkers in a while but went one night recently. Now you speak to and AI person before you get to the window. I asked for extra pickle on both sandwiches so they would make it fresh and when I got home I realized those burgers were probably sitting there and not fresh. Not to mention, no extra pickles. I love checkers every once in a while because they are my favorite for fries but it seems like they are going downhill. It’s a shame. Especially with all of the markups on everything.

I don’t need to use your link to contact you. Real talk—do better. Don’t serve food that could seriously make people sick! The food was either days old or refried multiple times throughout the day. This is major negligence. Pay closer attention to your employees—people’s health matters!
I only eat fast food like this occasionally as a treat, but still…I have ate here in the past and everything was pretty good. The pictures don’t even do justice to how ridiculous it was.

Order 10/3 – Absolutely mid experience. Half of my order was cold the other half just inedible. The famous fries were soggy and not acceptable. Serious quality Issues at this Checkers.
