I really enjoy coming here, the manager Donna and a few of her employees especially David are always helpful make sure my food is fresh, great customer service, is always make sure I have my meal in a timely manor, make sure you see either one of them when visiting this location!

My autistic son and I walked in to your restaurant approximately 11:27am, 11/22/2025. Multiple employees seen me, but not even an acknowledgment of “ We will be with shortly. We were the only ones at the counter.
Their personalities have demonstrated the lack of diplomacy and attentiveness. It appears that this is what today’s culture looks like. We had decided to walk out, take our business elsewhere. This message may fall on indifferent attitude.

My experience at this drive-thru was very disappointing. The service and attitude of the young woman at the window was quite unpleasant. She didn’t seem interested in helping and her customer service was unprofessional. It’s frustrating to visit a place expecting basic service and leave with such a negative impression.
I hope management takes this into consideration and improves the customer service.

This location is repulsive. Dirty counters, floors(dirty AND sticky), tables… and I won’t even speak of the bathrooms.
My burger was not close to being evenly cooked and bordered on burnt. I wouldn’t doubt that the grill(s) need a good cleaning too.
Will be a long time before I stop here again. Best to drive a little further North and try ANY of the other eateries in the plaza on the east side of University.

Honestly, I’m not from here. I’m from Port St. Lucie Florida and coming down here to enjoy my vacation. I went to this location around 11 PM at night and the service was very poor and very rude. I had to go to the other Wendy’s where they had the best service and we’re very respectable. You guys really need to work on your staff and teammates and come together to be overall more happy.
