Every time I call for a delivery if the lady answers I know that I’m about to be angry by the time I hang up the phone. She’s very rude, very impatient Always complains that she cannot hear me. If she gets another call while taking my order, she gets even more impatient And rude, the service is just horrible. They need to get rid of her. She’s been doing this for a long time now. She’s raising the prices, I used to be able to get a free Soda with a minimum purchase which all of a sudden is no longer an option. Today she told me the minimum amount for delivery was $15. When I asked how much my food came up to, She told me it was $14.90. I think she’s absolutely ridiculous And I’m so over this place. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years And recently, I have just reached my limit and hung up the phone in disgust.

Best Chinese food in Merrick/ Bellmore, East Meadow. The female that takes the orders, I’ve never encountered someone so rude and mean. She has no value for her customers. Sometimes when her son or daughter takes the orders, I am so pleased. No idea how she is still there. Also, she counts the hot sauce, lol. She will give none of you don’t ask and if you do ask, she said only 1.

First time trying this take out restaurant. We really enjoyed the wonton soup, the Singapore Mei fun and the chicken dishes. The only negative was the pork fried dumplings. The dough wasn’t right. It was mushy and didn’t seem fried.

OMG ! I’m literally here telling my husband I will NEVER order again from them. The lady that answers the phone is SOOOO NASTY ! I just placed an order and I’m pregnant so I’m so picky because of my taste buds and their food is amazing. I want to cancel my order so bad because of how this woman yelled at me and spoke to me. Mind you, my order is $70 and she treated me like crap. Yelled at me saying I don’t listen and hear well. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU, what an evil woman! She also charges for hot sauce.

I moved here from queens and was told about Lucky China. I was told they taste like queens, if you know, you know. They do ! This being said, I always order from them. The food tastes AMAZING! However, the woman taking the order is sooo rude. Also, they don’t send any sauces at all unless you ask them she will say it will come with two, you have to buy sauce if you want any other sauce. Like WHAT IN THE WORLD ! I always ask several times to have them put extra brown sauce in my foods when making, they never do it. No idea if she doesn’t tell them or if they just don’t like doing it. I’ve never seen a Chinese restaurant be so mean with hot sauce, soy sauce and duck sauce. Also, the delivery guy, we usually tip like $5-$10, it’s never enough for him. He stands and puts on a fight, LITERALLY ! We always have to look for more. When we order, the price never matches when the delivery guy comes. So no idea maybe they charge for delivery.
UPDATE: the lady is so mean and disgusting that answers the phone. I believe they’re only in business because the food is good.

This is an amazing family owned business. The service was unlike anything I have ever experienced. My family was treated like royalty. I wish I could give our server Nikki 100 stars. This is the best Chinese food that I have ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommend.

Waited an hour and 12minutes for sub-par food. Put in the directions to please call me, he didn’t. The only redeeming quality to this place is the nice girl on the phone. Other than that, I won’t be ordering again.

I live in the area. The food is ok, nothing special. However I give them a 1 Star review for everything else, because when they mess up your order they do NOTHING to fix it. And it has happened more than once. How is that the customers fault, just saying. So if you get the wrong order your “out of luck.”
