Ordered a spicy grilled chicken cool wrap and I get home, take a bite, and the chicken is fried and the inside is hot. Called to talk through the mixup and was told “we don’t make the grilled cool wrap at this location because everyone orders it fried”. Glad I spent $10 on the wrong item and basically got told to deal with it. Never again with this location / franchisee.

The employees are very nice but I keep receiving poor quality food from not only this location but all of them. Weird shaped chicken sandwich meat and discolored. Have been extremely disappointed with chic fil a going downhill trying to cut costs while increasing profit. It’s not the same as it once was and is coming closer and closer to McDonald’s quality with Ruth Chris prices.

Pretty decent food at this location great service, but was a little disappointed brought my kids here for lunch. The managers decided to have a regional meeting inside the Play place and marked it off as being cleaned. Many parents and children were waiting to use it ,other than that, good fast food.

I came to this location on a busy Friday at noon and I received some of the kindest and engaging customer service from Kenny and Joseph. After getting through the drive thru and ordering with Kenny and getting my food delivered before the window by Joseph, I realized that I forgot to order something for my partner. So I parked and headed into the establishment to get a gallon of iced sweet tea and both employees immediately remembered me from a few minutes before. They both checked in with concern and a smile to make sure everything was okay, with that they helped me after my mistake and put a smile on my face on a cold winter day with no sun.

I had a spicy grilled salad last week, so tried a one with fruit on it. It was just as good. Service was quick and accurate. Restroom even had warm water to wash my hands!!
I was surprised that there was a comments/suggestion box. It has been a long time since I’ve seen one of those. As pictured , my fries looked and tasted great, except the ones on the end. This location has a lot of restaurants and other activities, so the traffic can be backed up. It looked like coming in from Wadsworth might be better. All the staff were extra nice and helpful at this location and the Youngfield location . They have doors to go out of at the drive through, which makes it so you don’t have lean out.
The cups have an extra sleeve so your hand doesn’t get cold. Lots of condiments available, and the restroom is not locked, so you don’t have to get someone to let you in at many restaurants. I was somewhat confused at which direction the ordering line is.

Ordered over the phone. Just asked the manager if they served lunches during breakfast hours. She said they do and told me it would just take a little longer. She asked if I wanted to order over the phone and told me they’d try to have it ready when I got there. It was ready when I arrived. They were very helpful and friendly.

We decided to have our book club here on a Tuesday night! The staff went above and beyond to serve us! We truly ed the BBQ Bacon seasonal sandwich and it was amazing! That bun- WOW! The Operator of that store is top notch! Great staff! Amazing food! Fun time for all! We even got to celebrate a staff member who just won a scholarship to a local college! I highly recommend this store to bring a group and enjoy a night out!

Chickfila is fine but kinda average. Their chicken sandwhich is fine but lots of other fast food has better. Im never gonna choose chickfila but if its in front of me i wont turn it down. Im also kinda confused why they dont put the chickfila sauce on their sandwhich or at least mayo or some sauce. I just add it myself
