The food was pretty good, not super amazing but pretty good. The white chocolate raspberry frappe was tasty and the hot chocolate tasted kinda like meat? I didn’t like the hot chocolate but I did like the frappe. The server was very kind and patient after we requested to change tables because the first one was really cold. The atmosphere is very loud, but the decor is nice if you like sort of modern decor. Overall pretty good ig

This place has a full bar, an awesome coffee menu (check out the white chocolate raspberry frappe & white chocolate latte, yum!) we would come back for a coffee date with live music for sure.
The food was, ok. In our party of 5 we ordered the crawfish bennies, waffles, a pancake (the best one I’ve had), avocado toast and crab cake breakfast bowl. The food all came out cold and although was tasty, wasn’t worth the price. ($27 for the crab cake bowl with 90% potatoes, 5% eggs & 5% crab cake..) If this were just a rating on food, I’d give it 3 stars.
What bumps it up for me, and who herself deserves 5 shining stars is our wildly attentive and personable waitress, Kate! She was so great and took care of our table in the friendliest of ways. I imagine she treated us as if we were eating at her house. She did a marvelous job and is a wonderfully charming young lady.
Overall we’d come back for the vibes & drinks. I wouldn’t recommend the Sunday brunch as I think they get too busy to produce the best quality for the price.

Such an amazing place. My husband and I decided to try this place recommended by a friend. This place did not disappoint…we were welcomed and seated as soon as we walked in. Service was great and the staff went above and beyond to answer any questions. The coffees and food was so delicious. I can not wait to bring my mom and sister.

A friend and I went for a late breakfast on Saturday morning, and while the place was very busy, we didn’t have to wait long for a spot, maybe fifteen minutes at most. I love what they did with the place. It was Mellow Mushroom for a few years then an oyster place called Salt Revival for a hot minute before Coffee:30 took over. The decor is that perfect mix of coffeehouse and modern.

I opted for an iced caramel latte while my friend got a hot mocha. We both agreed the coffee was excellent. I wish we could say the same for the food. I ordered the alarm plate which is just a basic breakfast platter: choice of a meat, eggs, type of bread, with a side of fried potatoes. Everything was cooked well and plates beautifully, but there was no flavor to anything. My friend got a veggie omelette and had similar complaints. We also tried the beignets everyone recommended, but again, we were disappointed. The beignets were very thick and doughy and one was slightly undercooked. Very disappointing. This was our first time so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m not one to judge a place based off of one meal so I’ll be back to try more menu items. What hurt was paying so much money for a meal we weren’t satisfied with.

What really saved our trip besides the coffee was our server. I think her name was Katie or perhaps Kaylee, I’m sorry I don’t remember. Regardless, she was top notch! Despite how busy the place was, she checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed.

Short form:
– excellent coffee
– cool atmosphere
– mid food
– expensive
– great service

Review on coffee/to-go process.

Overall the coffee was good. Ordered a hot latte with sugar free vanilla. It was great! For two lattes it was $13 after tax. However, the to-go process was chaotic. We arrived at the main entrance and was directed to the back right to place a to-go order for coffee. This area is small and got cramped quickly with others waiting (some for food, some for coffee). When placing the to-go for coffee, tbe lady had to constantly walk back and forth between to-go and the coffee bar which are on opposite ends of the restaurant. The coffee took about 20 minutes to get. I feel this process could be improved by just sending coffee to-go orders directly to the coffee bar and food+drink to go to the area we were in. One lady was asking to cancel her coffee order because it was taking so long. Id love to go back, but really am hesitant until their coffee to-go process improves. This place is made more for sitting to eat/drink for awhile, not quick to-go.

Coffee 30 is a wonderful spot for breakfast and brunch. A friend and I went for breakfast and had a great experience. I ordered the cowboy breakfast bowl with cubed potatoes, bacon, eggs, and cheese — it was delicious, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just right. I also had a cappuccino with the cutest little heart on top, which was such a nice touch.

Our server, Lexi, was attentive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The building is beautiful and very well done. Overall, great food, great service, and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing brunch. The food was awesome, the drinks were impressive, the band was great and not intrusive, and our waitress was absolutely enchanting… This is definitely a place to go to if you are in the area. I’ll be coming back very soon.

The food is decent and the menu has many options, the biggest issue is the time it takes to get your food. Be ready to wait minimum 50min – 1hr 15min to get your food even if it’s just eggs, grits & bacon. Would not recommend coming if you don’t have at least 2hrs of free time and that’s only if you’re seated as soon as you walk in, expect longer if you have to wait to be seated. Overall the waitress was nice but the taste of the food wasn’t worth the wait or cost.

I had not been to Coffee: 30 Cafe on Ryan. We had friends visiting who saw the restaurant and wanted to…so we did…and I am glad they choose Coffee:30 Cafe. It was busy, being the day after Christmas. There was a 45 min wait. The wait didn’t matter since we were there to visit anyway.
The menu has a variety of items to choose from. There is a bar inside.
The service was spot on. The food was delicious.
I will go back again.
