Came here on 11/21/25. The new renovations look great and Kimmy the bartender is awesome. She’s always super nice and great service. The issue I have is with the food. We ordered at 2 and didn’t get our food until 2:50. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders and they were like rubber and got fries and they were soggy. The chicken was also extremely small. One was about the size of a tator tot. We will be back but not for food, just drinks. Not sure why the quality of bdubs food has gotten so crappy. It’s unfortunate.

Everything was great. When we got there a baseball team was just sitting down, so we thought the wait would be long. To our surprise the food came out fast and was great. We also didn’t wait too long to get seat cleaned to sit down. Parking is great and plenty of spaces. Prices are on par with the average of $15-20 a person. Would recommend if you like the sports bar atmosphere…

We placed a pick up order for dinner. Online said 10 minute wait time. Submitted order headed that way as we live 10-20 mins away. Got there stood there for another 15-20 mins – no big deal . Worker finally comes over to assist me . Very polite and respectful! She brings my order out & I figured benefit of the doubt because of how long I had waited . Get all the way back home start handing out food and I’m missing 3 items *which are not cheap*. I call them and had to go all the way back to pick it up just for them to LIE to me and tell me they made them FRESH and gave me the OLD wings that were ORIGINALLY mine . That they simply didn’t put in my bad . I used to work at BWW in a different town and I know old wings when I taste them . My husbands bacon on his burger was extremely burnt & my daughters grilled cheese was also very much so burnt . I’m convinced if the Mac and cheese wasn’t just simply microwaved they would’ve messed it up too . Very disappointed in the money spent tonight and all that was said was “sorry, at least I’ll give you more ranch” ♀️ will not be returning

We’ve lived here for a few years, and this Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a solid choice—nothing fancy, just good wings and a decent place to watch the game. Lately, though, it’s become more of a gamble than a guarantee.
Our most recent visit was rough. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the results didn’t justify the wait. My wife’s onion ring (photo attached) looked like it had skipped the fryer altogether. It was pale, limp, and clearly undercooked—less crispy appetizer, more “raw ingredient.”
As for the boneless wings, there was no wing to speak of. Just breading. Like, all breading. I know these things come frozen, but this felt like they forgot to add the chicken before shipping.
When we flagged the issues to our server, we got a shrug—no apology, no attempt to make it right, just a vague nod and nothing else. That was probably the most disappointing part.
We don’t expect five-star dining here, just consistency. Unfortunately, this location seems to be steadily heading in the wrong direction. Might be time to find a new go-to for wings.

I placed my order online for pickup on my way home. I arrived before my pickup time of 4:40pm and the food was already bagged and ALMOST ready to go, sitting inside a warmer unit. I requested celery and carrot sticks with ranch dressing but, after verifying my bag contents, realized that those items were missing. I told the cashier what was missing and thought she was fulfilling my request but upon arrival home noticed that she only gave me a bag of celery sticks and 2 containers of dressing! My fries were lukewarm, AT BEST and the chicken pieces were hard to chew. Rewarming fries does nothing for them at all so I didn’t eat them all. The boneless chicken was already hard so nuking them wouldn’t have helped them, either. I ordered the BOGO deal but I don’t feel this meal was worth the money I spent!

I’m going to be real honest and say that I didn’t eat any of the food but my daughter and husband just reheated the luke warm food. I came here for dinner for my family Instead of me standing at the stove. I stood for almost an hour waiting for my family’s food at B-Dubs which would have taken me less time to make dinner. The only place to sit is by the door and it is currently 11° outside. Moral of the story we will not be coming here again. Their computer system is so incorrect. They are very aware of it but they don’t care nor are they willing to give any workable Solutions, or show any kind of interest, at all, in fixing the problem. The young man working to dispense orders told me that my food was being boxed up 25 minutes before they brought it out. At the end of the day, we will never be coming here again, are so disgusted by the overall state of the food, how much it has declined and their complete lack of regard for their customer base. They need to fix the notification system for pickup orders. I would have sat in my warm car while I waited but your system is utterly broken. Hopefully somebody from corporate is following the Google reviews and can get clued in to their atrocious computer system. Our food showed up as being cooked when I walked in the building at 6:13. 6:20 p.m. was recorded time to pick up food. At 6:35 it showed my food as being ready and available for pickup. This is not correct I inquired about my food multiple times. At 6:45 I was told that they were bagging up my food. At 6:55 I was starting to get a lot more concerned. I had a conversation with the young man at the register if you could explain why my food said it was ready when it was not and he explained that there is a timeout feature, that regardless of whether or not the food is ready it will time out of the kitchen, and show up as ready. I finally received my food at 7:02 p.m.

The new remodeled location is very nice. Their service is the best of any of the closest locations to vandalia. The only knock I will say it’s very silly they count cauliflower as a protein. I was blown away by hearing this but that being said this place is the best around.

After waiting for 2 hours our food finally came out cold. Our waiter tried his best to make it right with us. However, his manager refused to make it right bc we ate one wing (to verify they were not warm) they ended up giving us $5 off a $95 bill. Would not recommend eating here unless you like cold food.

It was supposed to be our date night..she ate buffalo ranch wrap, I had onion rings, 3 draft beers, and a shot each.. 1st bill $61.00
Second bill was $59.10 that bill included 2 mixed shots of a drink called “shaved beaver”
Crown Royal 1.25 oz cost $14.00
Peachtree 1/2 oz cost $8.50
Red bull. 1/2 oz cost $5.49
Each item charged individually but being charged for a whole can of red bull because they had to open it…
That is an extremely costly drink and my last mixed drink I will order from Troy Bw3
