But if you want amazing authentic Mexican food, food that taste like there is a kitchen full of little abuelitas cooking for you ? Run don’t walk to Fiesta Jalisco (pronounced haleesco)
There is something about this place baked into the atmosphere, maybe it’s just the cool ethnic music that plays transporting you to a beautiful Mexican village or maybe it’s the staff that’s super pleasant and always smiling and courteous and helpful and attentive
Or maybe it’s the decor check out the beautiful carvings in the booths and art work on the walls. I don’t usually eat r.beans but this was so flavorful! The best fresh margarita I’ve had in a long time!
I want to live here and eat all the foods and be besties with the staff! #Romelia #jonathan

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Firstly I want to apologize to the owners of this place because I thought I left a review awhile ago and only recently realized I hadnt. The food is delicious, the staff is warm and welcoming. Its one of the few places I can find good chili verde (which I always crave when Im missing my dad so being able to get it locally means alot). My boyfriend and I frequent this spot regularly and even though we both live in Palm Bay, we will always make the drive here for really good Mexican food. The tables and booths are a work of art. The music is vibrant and loud enough to be enjoyed but not so loud you cant have a conversation. If you’re looking for great food, a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, fresh salsa and a reaaally good mojito…this is the place.

Good, but has potential to be better. The super burrito was very good. The steak is chewy but it is stewed and has really good flavor. They obliged me and put the rice on the side. The rice and beans were lackluster and the rice was lukewarm. I liked the Spanish music playing in the background. To the owner, please fix the door that keeps slamming shut. It shakes the whole building and ruins the atmosphere. Service was very good and attentive.

Fiesta Jalisco always goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. Food is great quality, reasonable, and salsa tastes so fresh! The patio has great ambiance with ocean breezes and welcoming lights.

I got a fajita burrito and changed out the mozzarella cheese for queso fresco. The portions were amazing, the food came out quick and fresh. Absolutely delicious!! The environment was so beautiful, definitely keeping this restaurant in the books when I come back!

My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Our server Jonathan was perfect! Attentive, informative and on spot. Food choices are plentiful and extremely reasonable prices. Food was fresh, hot and the presentation beautiful. The complete dining experience was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Atmosphere was great except, music was a little loud for me. Service was excellent, Jessica was right on, delightful personality. Offered suggestions and checked on us often. Food was really good except for a spice on my meat I questioned but I ate it anyway!! Definitely recommend this place and will go back again, just order something different. House margarita was just ok, would pay to upgrade to premium tequila next time.

Great food, fast and friendly service. I ordered the birria Taco platter to-go, and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The staff was really nice, and the food was scrumptious. The platter includes 3 tacos, rice, beans and chips, and salsa. Pretty good deal!
