Update Oct 3rd:
Where is the owner of this place? Been in the drive through for 20 minutes, not a single car has moved. I just can’t understand who is managing this place and why they are so incompetent. Get the owner in here and get it operating correctly. Losing money hand over fist on a Saturday night as cars are coming and leaving. Unfortunately I paid on the app and I’m stuck waiting. 30 minutes now no one has been served.
Employee literally arguing with a customer in front of everyone for 10 minutes. Cold fries, didn’t give us all our food, had to remind them. Missing sauce for nuggets. Didn’t take off what we requested for my child’s burger. Been here 3 times since we moved and prolly won’t go back to this location.
Edit 9/9 came in for a Gold Chicken Sammy. Ordered table service. Came in a bag. Sammy had barley any sauce, two shreds of lettuce, zero bacon. Missing everything on the burger. Dude didn’t have the drinks had to go back and make em. The drink station inside was broken. I know it’s a McDonald’s but I swear it’s run by a 4 year old who can neither read nor write nor manage. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s every time.

Lobby is nasty! Ordered 2 quarter pounders. They were not cooked all the way through, they remade them and again were not cooked all the way through. The Manager Mickey is one of the worst managers I have seen. She was making comments, “if you have questions just look at the receipts” and “once (I’m guessing the next manager gets there) she’s leaving” they were absolutely drowning. I asked for a refund and got ignored. Micky also ignored a lady who had been waiting 30 minutes for her food and then YELLED at her that they didn’t have anymore Minecraft toys. I will say that Cory at the front counter who has only been there for 4 days is absolutely amazing. Such a nice difference from the nasty comments your shift lead Mickey was making. Do better.

Extremely slow. From order at speaker to food in hand was 20 minutes. At least my order was correct. As long as it took, it should be. This is not fast food. This is kill some time on your way someplace you’re not in a hurry to get to, like maybe your in-laws house. They get two stars because my order was right. The other Cabot location is much better.

Every single time I come through the drive thru I am met with an attitude at the speaker. It is obvious the employees don’t take their jobs seriously. I always get parked and I have to wait forever to get my food, and when they bring out my food it’s always incorrect or they dig through the bag. Don’t even think about going inside, every table is dirty. I might as well call myself an employee, the way I be cleaning those tables. I would love to see improvement within the store. I don’t have this problem with other locations. I am normally a McDonald’s advocate.

I had better service at this McDonald’s, then most others that I’ve been at recently. We were traveling up to Harrison for a festival and stopped through the drive through for food. Both the person taking the order and the one who handed us our food were very thoughtful, friendly, and helpful. Smiling the whole time. They look like they were enjoying their jobs and had excellent customer service.

Waited 25 minutes for a coffee, paid on the app so I waited at curbside. Someone came out to check on us once (by accident cause they thought we were a different car) after 15 minutes and I said I was waiting on just one coffee. That’s all I ordered. After acknowledging my existence he went back in and never came back out. After almost 30 minutes of waiting I just cut my losses on the $2 and drove away. Super disappointed

every time i go the service is truly unbelievable slow and incorrect. They don’t give you your napkins, sauces, or the right food most of the time. If they park you i hope you like for everyone else that is parked to touch your food before you which is so unsanitary. We have been going to this mcdonald’s for years and it never changes. It truly needs a new everything.

We are from another state visiting family. We stopped at this McDonald’s and they are so nice!!! We came around 9:45 pm and everyone had awesome manners the food was fresh!!! Well done I am BIG on customer service and they do awesome pls keep up the good work!!

I don’t know what it is about both Cabot McDonald’s, but they are some of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. Food all over the floor, dirty windows, tables, everything. How this place hasn’t gotten multiple health code violations is beyond me. The food is OK, but super inconsistent. Just go somewhere else in Cabot.
