The service and atmosphere is amazing at this restaurant. We left though disappointed in the food quality verse the price they demanded. For the price, we expected perfection. 2 out of 7 of us did not eat more than a couple bites of their food. One got the special which was Mongolian beef and they thought the meat seemed boiled and was chewy. The other got the grouper and was told it was a favorite, but the sauce was really overwhelming with anise. I got the steak, which was excellent, they also told us they were known for that. Overall, we would come back for the live music, although, I will note, it was listed as dueling pianos, but there was only one pianist. She was still very good.

Called ahead & kitchen was still serving til 11 on a Friday night. Server was so sweet. Had the inside to ourselves with a beautiful lady singing at the piano. Outside was a great band. We didn’t know where to go with all the live music! Had a house wine which was a good pour, filet was cooked amazing, grouper dinner was good. Was a nice date night while kids stayed home with pizza ◡̈

**Limited lunch menu, but didn’t see that in small print until decided what I wanted & then had to pick something else.** Arrived just around noon. Was one of maybe 4 groups there. There is a swim up bar outside on your way in. I do wonder what the place looks like during peak season. Didn’t realize that most of the items (except salads, sandwiches & pizza) weren’t served until after 5pm. What a bummer…reason for 4 stars. Got an order of crab rangoon then ordered a S’mores Martini & a BLT. All pretty good.

The pecan crusted salmon was so good. I dont usually eat mashed potatoes but the garlic ones were so good. The Cajun pasta was just above average. I little pricey for but almost worth it. One thing upset me, I found out the owners make the staff pay near full price even when they are working for their meal. No offense but they work in food industry probably tough to pay those prices.

My sister got married 2/14 and we went here for the Valentines day dinner. 90$ a plate and reservations for 7:30pm.
It took only 10 mins to order our drinks, but 1hr to get them.
1st course took 1.5hrs to get, then 30mins for the 2nd. 3hrs after we got there, we received our main course. Luke warm, but hot silverware. The food taste great, but everything was luke warm. With all that said, they ended up giving them a great discount on their $1500 bill, because of the issues. Still gave a great tip to the server for the great service.

This is the first time we have gone to encore for dinner and we will definitely be back. Our server, Caitlyn and the rest of the staff were over the top. Great recommendations, service and conversation.
For apps I would recommend the pretzel charcuterie. I’ve never seen anything like this before. It was a good size for the 4 of us.
Dinner was good. I think the best was the Cajun pasta.
And be sure to save room for dessert because they have some awesome options.

This past June our daughter got married. We chose The Encore as the venue to have her reception for 170 people. The experience was fantastic—Erica West and Tim did a lot of work for us to plan and prepare for the event. My husband and I felt that the price was reasonable for the rental of the wedding venue as well as the food. The food was delicious and our guests talked about how much they loved our breakfast for dinner menu. (That was what my daughter wanted.) We found everything to be elegant—we loved the ballroom setup with the head table and dance floor, the guests tables, and the ability to use the AV equipment to run a slideshow of the bride and groom’s pictures through the years. What was even better was that Erica and Tim were there for us every step of the way, explaining things that first-time parents of the bride would need to know. They helped a lot during the night of the reception. They made sure that we had all of our decorations and tables ready prior to plus had their staff gather up our table decorations afterwards. The only thing that I would have improved was that the windows needed drapes during the part of the night where the sun was going down. When I explained that to the owner, he made sure that they tinted the windows quickly after that—which showed that the owners care about their customers, which I truly appreciate. It was a fantastic experience and I am so appreciative of how well the staff treated us throughout. I couldn’t recommend them more!

The service was attentive and seamless, and every staff member was genuinely friendly. An all-around wonderful experience. We will be back!! I almost forgot about the Live Bands they do, that’s such a nice feature!!
