Dirty, takes forever, order is almost always messed up. On Halloween they gave away free meals which I appreciated but they refused to give my child (who is not allowed to have pop) an apple juice. If I had known before paying I would’ve bought one, but there was a line of 20+ out the door and they didn’t mention it until we were waiting unfortunately. Just went through drive through and they’ve taken over 20 minutes to make 2 happy meals and 2 regular meals. Ice in our drinks is melted and fries are cold because they missed half the order and I had to wait for it for 5 minutes and counting now on top of the initial 15 minute wait. Additionally they took away the drink station in the lobby so you can’t get your own refills, napkins, ketchup, etc.

I just went through the drive-thru, it took a minimum of 5 minutes for the lady to take my order, she continuously asked me to repeat what I had said. Then she missed items I had ordered and obviously following I didn’t get them. After I pulled to the second window to get my order the two women in drive-thru just stood there and talked. After I had been given my order a bag of fries was dumped in the bottom of the bag. I had not gotten any but one of the sauces I ordered out of 4. Overall I had a shitty review.

Dinning room was filthy! There was 1 customer inside when we arrived she was waiting on a donut and had waited so long that her son actually drank all of his frozen drinks. Than instead of giving her a refill for the wait, they made her buy another one.
Almost all of the tables had either food and trash on them or under them. No body came out and cleaned anything while we was there. Ordered to eat in and they bagged it. They even up charge my drink because I got sweat tea. If I was the manager I would be ashamed of how filthy it was! Do not recommend.

I walked in wait for someone to get off work and I sat for maybe 3 hours, I was greeted with nothing but smiles. The owners are fantastic and seem to truly care about their employees and how they feel. I was blown away seeing how the owners treat issues and make sure they are okay. Very good service and people they are truly 1 in a million. I highly recommend this establishment.

95% of the time you have to pull over and wait on your order. Then when you get your order and get home to eat the inside of your hamburger. Is pink not done…let alone the build of the sandwich strings of lettuce on sandwiches that don’t get lettuce at all toppings half in the box half on the sandwich because that’s how they boxed it not due to handling after. Just not a good place to eat anymore.
