I called 3 min before they closed (didn’t know they closed at 10) but they took my order, I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was delicious! I am so scared to eat pizza because of my celiac disease and they prepared and had my pizza ready as soon as I walked in. I would like to thank Bryanna for taking my order and being patient with me when I asked questions. Thank you to the staff for being safe with my order, I really appreciate it this one is went to this evening was on Pebble Creek and McDowell in Goodyear

We order lunch for our team every week and frequently order from this Barros. One of my employees was eating lunch and found a nail baked into the pizza. I had called to speak with the manager as it caused an injury to my employee and didn’t want further safety to be an issue for anyone else. As I was on the phone with the manager, he hung up on me. I took the box of pizza, and the nail to them in person after then NEVER called me back and what they said was “I will call corporate, and give half a refund”. This absolutely ridiculous that 1 they never called me back after hanging up then 2 only get a partial refund?! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here for my team and this is the response that I get. Absolutely never returning 1. For safety and 2. For lack of customer service/empathy from the”manager”.

So I barely got home, before i made this review for today’s dinner. Online ordering was okay, and the food was ready when I arrived. After slogging through traffic, I finally pull up to my house. I open my pizza box, and what do I find? No Green Peppers! Everything else was fine, but absolutely no green peppers at all!! And I have no idea why. Were they out? Did someone forget? Whatever the reason is, I was disappointed with my purchase. The food wasn’t bad, I’m just sad to see my order wasn’t fulfilled to the fullest.

My wife’s company orders in bulk for events from here regularly and she brings home the warm remaining pizzas.
While free pizza is always awesome, it’s not the best around. It’s good (don’t get me wrong) but after a couple of slices we are quickly over it.
It’s better than Domino’s but not as good as Papa John’s. The pizza is absolutely mediocre.
Basically, it’s okay pizza… Plain and simple.
*** On a positive note however, it does work as an excellent laxative !! This might almost earn it 4 stars. ***

Terrible food service! Placed an order for wings was told I could get mostly flats for the wings. I was actually ok with a mix but instead received 98% the drum part of the wing – out of 24 wings only 2 were the flat part. The manager who was terribly rude and unprofessional told me he would only fix it or refund me if I came back to the location with the wings. I am bringing them all back. He literally went back and forth with me offering me the corporate office number and letting me know how long it will take for me to get my money back , which thankfully money is not an issue for me. I will never return to them nor recommend them to anyone. Disgraceful!!

I recently ordered the Barros Special pizza with a few customizations—substituting green peppers with jalapeños, extra sauce, and requesting it well done—and it came out perfect! The pizza exceeded my expectations.
We also ordered the antipasto salad, and it did not disappoint. It was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to our meal.
What stood out the most was the quick service. Our order was ready for pickup in just 25 minutes, exactly as promised when I placed the order.

The pizzas generally meet our quality standards; however, on occasion, they emerge from the oven appearing undercooked. We recommend extending the baking time slightly to ensure a more consistent crust.

Ever get a bad pizza from these guys their pizza is always been amazing. The right amount of cheese right amount pepperoni the courteous cashiers. They’re all great there. They have great personalities. They’re nice and pleasant Barro’s is definitely the pizza place to go.

Medium cheese pizza was delicious. We had a pepperoni and a pepperoni and sausage. The crust on all three pizzas were excellent. The sauce tasted fresh. The one issue was the amount of grease on the sausage and pepperoni pizza. Both on top and bottom of the pizza. Still love Barro’s!
