Rebekah was certainly a cheerful cashier. She engaged us in friendly conversation as she took our order. And she was very helpful as I had a military discount. She got her manager who approved it and meanwhile thanked us for our patience Rebekah is a Great addition and an asset to the company- she’s definitely a person who can relate well and interact with the customer so they want to come back!

My husband and I have frequented many McAlister’s Deli locations in Texas and outside of it (one of our favorite places). This one has been, by far, the best one. It’s very clean, the staff are friendly, the food was prepared well and tasted great, and I have never had someone come to our table to ask if we wanted a refill like they did here. Not that I expect it, but they go above and beyond here. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been coming to this Mcalisters for years and will never stop coming. Their food preparation and quality is always on point. They have the best customer service compared to the mcalisters in frisco on north tollway and Eldorado and McAllister in lewisville.

Rebekah almost always takes our order. She is so sweet and always get our orders right. I have celiac so my order being right and gluten free is very important. I will go out of my way to eat at this particular restaurant. All that staff are great and personable.

Been going to this location a lot recently but for the first time, I got a pick up order here. I walk in a few minutes before my order is supposed to be ready and I see a huge dinner rush line. I’m expecting at this point for my food to take a long while but to my surprise, it’s ready after only about 5 minutes wait.
My food had a few customizations but they got all of them correct, and to add a cherry on top they left a pleasant thank you card in the bag. This is a top notch location.
Oh, and the half salad I got in my pick 2 was as large as I would’ve expected a full sized salad to be, so the value here is also fantastic.

I’ve always liked McAlister’s and thought they had a solid product, but it feels like things have started to slip, especially with takeout. Maybe it’s new issues, or maybe I just had rose-colored glasses before.
The app wouldn’t let me check in for curbside because the order was already marked “complete,” so that was frustrating from the start. The BBQ Crunch Sandwich was missing the chips, so it was, quite literally, sans crunch. The Club Wrap was fine in flavor but way too much wrap for the filling. The part that had all the ingredients was good, but the rest was just tortilla.
The baked potato soup had very little flavor and was thin, with chewy bacon that didn’t help. The Mac and Cheese, though? That completely slapped. It was easily the best part of the meal and saved it from being a total miss.
Will I go back? Maybe in a year when I forget about this experience. Until then, I’ll probably stick to other sandwich spots first.
