Went there with my family for our annual Christmas get together. We’re a big group. Wait staff and bussers were really great and helpful. I was very grateful to them for putting up with us, especially when we asked for separate check. Bravo Chili’s! I love your food and wish the one near my house in Aliso Viejo hadn’t closed.

Until now, I despised Chili’s. The food always seemed cheap, like some heat-and-serve food. Chili’s has been, the last on my list, if at all, for years. Admittedly, I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service, when I went recently. The quality of the food was better. The service was excellent. And the big deal is I will go again. Chili’s corporate leadership clearly did their research and have made the right changes.

We go to chili’s often in tje Denver area but this place was exceptionally good with excellent service. The place was packed but we were in and out in about 30 minutes. The server checked on us many times. Next time we are in California this will be a stop.

We had the 3 for $10.99. Can’t believe what a bargain it is. The burgers were great. Sara was a great server. Had a nice chat with the manager Andrew. There is no better deal out there. And the food was really good.

Overall it was a nice experience. I sat in the bar area with my son. Amy was our server and she was wonderful. The was pretty good and the overall atmosphere was nice. I would definitely go back if I was in that area.

The food was horrible. It started with stale fries in the Texas cheese fries. The steak was gummy and the explosion salad was soggy. The best part was the drinks. $100 wasted because we did not eat or enjoy our food.

My family of 14 visited this Chili’s on October 31st after 9:00 PM. We were initially quoted a 30-minute wait, which was understandable as our entire party hadn’t arrived. Once everyone was present, the problems began.

After the initial 30 minutes passed, we were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. The reason given was that they had a room available but didn’t want to overwhelm the three waiters in that section. However, while we continued to wait, they repeatedly seated multiple parties of 3 and 4 in that same area. The logic was contradictory and frustrating.

When I questioned the hostess, she gave the same explanation and then muttered, “This is the situation,” under her breath as she walked away. This was unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service training.

The situation was critical as we had two elderly members with diabetes who needed to eat promptly. We asked for the shift manager, “Andrew,” but he never appeared. Instead, a man named Joel came out. By this time, nearly an hour had passed, and our confidence in the establishment was gone. We declined Joel’s offer to finally seat us, as we feared further delays and had already experienced such poor service.

The lack of organization, the clear misprioritization of tables, and the unprofessional staff interaction made us take our business elsewhere. Thankfully, my husband secured a table for us at the BWW across the street (Same djopping center), where we were seated and served without any issue.

This experience reflects a severe failure in management and staff training. We will not be returning.

Placed a to go order at 602p, order was read back to me 3 times cause every time it was different, then was told my total was 49 for to pick 3 for me and I said I’m sorry what. She then replied I’ll see if I can get you a discount, mind you the price wasn’t right from the beginning then was told 31 something and that’s what it should’ve been. Then was told your order will be ready in 15 min, 40 min later order just came out and I had ty check it cause with the way things had gone I was like I need to confirm things well here comes another burger now making it 3 burgers when I only ordered two . Then I get home to find out they gave me a wrong order or wrong burger, however you wanna look at it. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had here. I try and be patient and understanding but maybe this is why robots and AI are taking people’s jobs cause humans can’t even take an order right and or give a correct order back to a consumer and they want 20 an hr , if that’s what you want then price yourself and earn it. We won’t be back for awhile.
