Staff is really nice and friendly. Avoid the line and order at your table with the app and they’ll bring your food out to you when it is ready. My chicken breast in my sandwich was exceptionally large today.

We were traveling in Santa Fe and went through the drive thru on the way home. We didn’t wait long, they moved fast and efficiently. The food was so fresh and hot and tasted amazing. They got our order exactly right. Definitely worth the stop.

You know a city is doing terrible when their Chick-fil-A is terrible. This review is not about Chick-fil-A in general. It’s about this specific Chick-fil-A on Cerrillos in Santa Fe. Yesterday I placed an online order and was sitting in the lobby waiting for it to be ready. The app said it was ready and someone would call my name. After a couple minutes, nobody had called my name so I went and got in the pick up counter line. There was one woman ahead of me. We stood there for five minutes while countless employees looked at us, walked by us, etc., and nobody offered Any kind of help. There were probably 15 employees behind the counter, including managers Who were standing around and talking or looking at their phones. Ultimately after standing in that line at least three minutes I had to sort of cut in front of the person in front of me and ask someone to help us. My food had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. This location is a joke and Chick-fil-A should close it down cause it’s doing nothing but hurting their reputation for good customer service.

I have had my fair share of Chick-fil-A dining at many locations across the United states. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my life. Somehow they get the order wrong every single time I go here, whether it’s a missing drink, incorrect sauce, missing fries. And yes, I’ve experienced all of these at different times from this location. This last experience, they gave me a bag full of various sauces that I didn’t even order. The food is okay, not quite the same quality as every other Chick-fil-A. And the friendliness of service that Chick-fil-A usually offers is non-existent at this location. I will add, the location is awkwardly laid out on the inside. The online order pickup is right in front of the doors so entering and leaving is chaotic. Overall, this location needs some major revamping in both staff training and layout.

My wife and I stopped for lunch at this Chick-fil-A. I had the seasonal barbecue grilled chicken sandwich, which I can highly recommend. It even looked like the sandwich in the picture, which is quite a feat! It was tasty and I wish it were a year-round sandwich. My wife had the chicken fingers which were crispy and tasty. The fries are good as always. Service was a little slow, because they were really busy during lunchtime.

Similar to other reviewers experiences, this particular Chick-Fil-A was the worst experience we’ve ever had, completely related to FOH staffing which indicates management issues, not the menu, app or food itself. Half the staff seemed to be doing all the work, understandably overwhelmed and exhausted, while others were standing around chatting. The end experience was slow, very chaotic and totally disorganized, which meant cold food and a terrible experience.

My husband and I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with only three cars ahead of us. When we finally got closer to the pick up window, this poor young employee that was too sick to be at work, coughed and sneezed on the patrons ice cream cone in front of us. When we finally got to the window for our order, that same young lady wiped her nose with her finger, and then proceeded to wipe her snot finger on our bag, and then tried to hand us our order. At which point my husband walked inside for a refund, and stood in line for another 15 minutes before he met a less than happy manager who wasn’t helpful nor did he apologize for the experience. This location is a joke. Needless to say, we will never return.
