I stopped in at this Arby’s about 4 months ago on my way home from a trip. At that time, the food and service were just terrible. I did not leave a review, but I did call the manager the following day. I like to notify management before leaving a negative review.
I stopped in again yesterday (12/17) at 3:15 pm. I was the only one in the dining room, there were cars coming through the drive-thru.it took 22 minutes to get my food. I could clearly see the person making our sandwiches. EVERYTHING was heated in the microwave. When I got home with our food, it was terrible! The photo of the burned bun was the beef -n- cheddar. There was not nearly enough beef and no cheese to speak of. The meat in all the sandwiches tasted like heated left over meat. The curly fries were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The total bill was $29.32.
I’ve never been to an Arby’s where the food was such poor quality. So, yesterday was my 2nd visit to this Arby’s and it will definitely be my last.

The best fast food hamburger ever!!! With the Arby’s app I got a buy-one get-one free sandwich. My first choice was the Deluxe Burger which was excellent, as usual. I said no pickles, and I got no pickles. My second sandwich I tried Spicy Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich. I wasn’t expecting a lot, and I was wrong. The pork was juicy and tender with nice smoked flavor. The spicy part came when you put Anthony’s Spicy Chipotle Sauce, which came in its own packet on the side. The sauce added to the great taste of the smoked pork. Friendly staff – clean and efficient service.

Food was very disappointing.. 10 dollars for a French dip that literally had 2 slices if roast beef on it.. if that. The other person i was with ordered a beef and cheddar that was so skimpy my 5 year old nephew would have been upset about it… they were out of curly fries and didnt tell us, they just gave us crinkle fries without asking if we’d like something different.. no ice in the front drink machine so all the soda was flat… I just wouldnt recommend going here..

I’m give them 1 star because you have to give them a star rating in order to leave a review but it deserves no stars. There’s a girl in here with braids falling out her hair and it looks like she was electrified and her back skin is showing where her shirt has rode up so far. The managers yelling for a wipe down and sweep up and all her employees go to the bathroom. This restaurant needs a bull wip applied to the professionalism and how to wear a uniform and hair right. I do not plan on going to this restaurant in the future and we usually go 2 times a week thru the drive thru but now I seen the interior Im thinking otherwise.

This establishment is generally on the slower side, so expect to wait 10 minutes for food. Food preparation has always been good and quality is always been acceptable. Cleanliness can waiver from day today but has always been acceptable.

Yuck! Yuck! Traveling and stopped in for lunch and got the 2 French dip and 2 small potato cakes.I ordered from the lobby.It was noon normal lunch time and only a few people inside.My wait was long! And I know it was for the potato cakes..I was given the warning that the potato cakes were hot meaning they just came up from the deep fryer.Anyway once I got back to the car and took the potato cakes out they looked really brown..I thought I’d try them anyway but once I took one out it fell apart! I took a taste and YUCK! Old oil! You could taste it and one bite just ruined the whole dining experience! After a few bites of our French Dip sandwich that just seemed off we decided to throw it all away! We love Arby’s and eat at multiple locations but this is the first time I felt compelled to leave a review…it was really bad food.Just saying y’all need to do better!

I tried their new buffalo wings and was delightfully surprised! All white meat, tasty sauce and a nice crunch texture, recommend. The wings came with fries and I selected their crinkle fries . My guest had a roast beef sandwich adding lettuce and tomato and loved it. I always enjoy the food at Arby’s.
