Made a mobile order. They didn’t have the strawberry shake so they offered a vanilla shake that was already made when I got to the window. I asked if they had chocolate instead and was told that was also unavailable. When I requested a refund I was told I had to request it through the app. The milk that came with my happy meal said it was good thru 20 Jan 26. Today is January 25th so the milk expired 5 days ago. When I asked the employee if I could get a milk that wasn’t expired he said they all say the 26th. I told him that was referring to the year not the date. All he said was “I don’t know” before closing the window. So now I’m hoping to be reimbursed for a shake that I didn’t get and a milk that was too expired to drink.

Considering this was a mobile order I do find this ridiculous to email back to prove I should’ve gotten what I didn’t get when they could’ve looked at my order history. I provided a copy of the email confirmation, receipt printed at the restaurant, and a picture of the expired milk. I received an email from the general manager on 2/1/26. A refund was not offered. Again extremely ridiculous not to just refund me. She did offer replacement food. But I’ve yet to hear anything else about it even after follow up emails I sent 2/7 and 2/12 asking how I get the replacements. Feels like a lot of back and forth and making me send extra information when the restaurant was in the wrong.

Usually order ahead via the app for breakfast and pick up inside. The morning breakfast crew does a great job and I typically don’t have any issues. Glad to have a reliable place to pick up something quick for breakfast/brunch.

Big Mac was good. The Sweet Tea was empty. Of course, no shakes. Staff were friendly, helpful, and honestly apologetic. As a side note: have been having issues with the app & staff wished they could of helped, but it’s a corporate issue that they can’t fix at the store.

This has got to be one of the worst ones I’ve been to, and not just for Bessemer, but everywhere! They never have half the things you try to order, some machine is always either not working or they are out of stock on ingredients. This place sucks plain and simple, service is horrible. If you get off the interstate in hopes of getting a god quick bite to eat you’ll be sorry you did.

I have gotten food from this McDonald’s many times in the past year that I’ve lived here. I this one surprisingly never failed to get my order complete, And they almost always add napkins. I wish all McDonald’s were as on point as this one

The food was good and came out fast, but the iced coffee tasted like Vanilla milk with a splash of coffee. The main reason I came to leave this review is because of the way the staff treats older people. I’m 32, I ordered at a kiosk, when I received my food, the staff was polite. But after I sat down, an older woman (mid 80’s) came in on a walker. The cashier (younger guy with glasses, dreadlocks and a chartreuse traffic vest) was amazing to watch, he spoke loudly and clearly, dealt with her with nothing but respect. Same goes for another worker who I couldn’t get a good look at, but she came out and treated that older lady like she was her own mother. It was great to see!

They are in a good accessible area and serve good food. Short handed sometimes and like most McDonald’s the dreaded ice cream machine is a hit and miss.

The lady was nice in the speaker. Didnt rush me. Also the young gentleman bringing everyone there food outside was very respectful. He even brought a container full of sauces and asked if I wanted any. Great job team!!

If a customer is speaking to you then you take out your airpods and listen! She had the nerve to point at them like a deaf person would a hearing aid. No customer service from any of the staff. It’s obvious the meat has been sitting under a light way past time and just threw some salt on top.
The picture is breaking the edge of the patty off. That’s $33 of food wasted because none of it was edible and I’m not wasting gas for my complaint to fall on deaf ears.

My food I got was horrible, the hamburger was not done. I am pregnant and cannot eat raw meat it will harm me and my unborn child severely, I had to regurgitate the food so that I don’t get sick God forbid I get sick anyway. I immediately called and demanded that I want a refund. Some people may think this burger is perfect but like I said I am pregnant and cannot eat any raw meat.
