Drive thru experience: it was a pleasant visit. The customers in front of took THIER sweet time to order. But the kitchen dispatched them very quickly. I was impressed and the lovely woman at the window was curious. Wish I was in this area more often just to visit this Carl’s jr

So this location is right next to the 605 freeway in Whittier. It’s star sign was missing it’s eyes but that didn’t detour us from stopping. We dined in and the staff was super nice and kept the eating area clean. The food tasted like it was cooked to order as it was really hot throughout it. The dining area had music playing which everyone did enjoy. The bathroom was horrible and had a strong smell (not good) to it with water on the floor with a cautious sign but it was not pleasant to visit.

This morning I had the worst experience ever I had to wait 25 min for two bacon burritos. I got to work late just because the cook was decided to get all crazy and started screaming at the cashier instead of helping her out. When manager arrived ask the cook to lower her voice and she was very rude and was screaming back at her . All I know I’m never coming back to this location.

Came to get a big Carl single.. when I got it only had lettuce like where my tomatoes at and my onions. I also order the jalapeño poppers and I ask for one more ranch and she like I gave you one! Like umm one isn’t enough. If I had to pay for more ranch I don’t mind. I need ranch with my burger and my poppers.

I’ve been coming to this Carl’s Jr. location often, but my recent visits have been really disappointing. The managers, Gina and Alejandra, were incredibly rude and had such unpleasant attitudes—it honestly made the experience miserable. I don’t appreciate being treated this way, especially when I’m a regular customer. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a fast-food restaurant employee but I guess that’s how Carl’s Jr rolls.

Around the city, there are advertisements stating that the restaurant is running a promotion: “Buy one Big Carl and get the second one for just a dollar.” I went to the restaurant, ordered two sandwiches and a drink, but they charged me full price for everything. I asked if there might be a mistake, to which they replied, “No.” The promotion applies every day except today, so you have to pay full price. This seems like a scam or deceit. I don’t recommend coming here.

Stopped by around 1 AM after a long day at Disneyland—grateful they’re open 24 hours! The lady at the window was super pleasant. Food was just okay, not the freshest I’ve had from Carl’s Jr., but it hit the spot for a late-night meal. For two people, it was $24—way more affordable than other places nearby (Fatburger was $49!). Great budget option when everything else is closed.

I come here often, but i didn’t get what i want the last few times i came here. I come here during the night shift, graveyard, and usually ask for the beyond bbq cheeseburger combo and, unlike montebello and east la, they keep forgetting the cheese. One time i asked for the wraptor burger and the cashier couldn’t find the charge function. I replied that it is ok and just give me a beyond bbq cheeseburger combo, she didn’t give me a receipt , which is often the case, and i was charged for a beyond famous star, which cost more. I didn’t find the is out until i checked my bank statements online. I still didn’t get cheese. The receipt is the same as the east la and montebello statement, but i get cheese at these places. Now i have to waste my gas and go to east la if i want a burger.

Guess it was dumb of me to come here again. Wanted to try the new sourdough jack, w/o bacon, w/o meat, and add beyond meat. There was still bacon and the patty looked like a meat patty. Plus the beyond meat patty cost so much, why cant you just replace it. I could of had a well cook meal for the amount I paid. I went to replace it, no problem. But this place consistently screws up. I had to waste gas to come back and barely made it on time for work, which i am unable to take a break or lunch during my shift. Compared to the east la and montebello carls jr, this one deserve negative rating. Will never come here again.
