This is a great dining experience. The hostess was very pleasant and very sweet. She made sure that everything was cleared up under the table once we got seated, and even swept the floor and picked up the trash. Our server Nate was amazing. We had the best service the food was really good. Everything came out, hot and fresh. We got the Smashburger salad and the chicken wings. The Buffalo sauce was really good little tangy with a little bit of a kick definitely prefer the Ranch dressing over the blue cheese. We also got the layered burger but I can’t remember what it was called. We were celebrating two birthdays, and again have the greatest service 10 out of 10 we’re totally recommend the bathrooms are clean. Staff was friendly and the location had plenty of seating.

Jose was a great server! The fish and chips combo was delicious. The bottomless fries are definitely worth it! Trying all of the various types they have to offer is great! The hamburgers are moist and delicious too! Blackoned Salmon was on point!

Love this place a lot!! I haven’t had any bad experiences here. All the servers are nice they come around to check on you and ask if you would like anything else or if you’re doing good. The food is always delicious. I really love the Bonzai burger, but they have plenty of things to order. From sandwiches, salads to burgers, and pizza, I believe. I also love the bottomless drinks and sides!!

I have been goin to the one in the valley but I just moved to Palmdale and I wanted to try it and it was my sons 15th birthday
Let me begin that yes everybody was friendly but the rest was a no no
The proportions are not the same
The whole bottomless I counted seven big fries amd of course we have to ask for more that also took forever to come
We were so thirsty they took forever to come and refill almost at the end of our dinner
My side was the salad they didn’t have me the dressing (Caesar) and I waited for somebody to show up so I can ask but nobody show up so I ate it like that just dry somebody came when I was literally in the last lettuce
I talk to them before we started dinner that I was ordering cake for dessert and that I wanted the whole happy birthday song for my son, when we got the cake somebody just came dropped off the
Cake and left not even the usps are so cold when I see him dropping off the mail ….no hello!,no song , no nothing !!!!! I was already unhappy and this just finish it
I told my son that it was ok if they didn’t want to sing happy birthday of course I was going to do it for him !!!

Ordered Avo-Cobbo Salad. Lettuce was old not the best all the toppings were awesome though. Need better lettuce, not old discoloring lettuce. Kids loved there items. Service was slow for sure took over 15 minutes to get drinks.. Our appetizer was someones left overs I am going to assume as the cheese had a hard layer on top for the pretzels.

Natalie was an awesome server. The food was good. No wait time to be seated. The fish was on point! The burgers were absolutely delicious! Bottomless fries for the win!!! The ribs were melt off the bone delicious too!!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Especially on My Daughter’s Birthday
Our recent visit to Red Robin was very disappointing from start to finish. My salad arrived with wilted, spoiled lettuce, and the lime in my margarita was yellow and clearly past its prime. The service was ok, but he never brought the bill; when I finally asked, he just mentioned it was “on the tablet” and walked away.
The most heartbreaking part was that this visit was for my daughter’s 11th birthday — Red Robin was the place she specifically requested to celebrate. Despite mentioning it was her birthday, no one came out to sing or acknowledge it. We waited over ten minutes, and nothing happened. She left the restaurant in tears.
After returning home, I called to speak with the manager about what happened. I was told we were the server’s last table of his shift, and he was probably in a rush to leave — which is absolutely unacceptable when guests are still dining and a child’s birthday is being celebrated.
What should have been a joyful celebration turned into a very disappointing experience. I truly hope management addresses these issues so that other families don’t go through the same.

Hi there! I just had to write a review for my girl Mary since she was such a lovely soul! I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most delightful servers at a restaurant! She was kind, considerate, and incredibly sweet; she genuinely referred to my friends and I as “babies” and made us teenagers feel very special and welcomed. I would absolutely love to have her serve me once more.
